Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

Got this in a trade a week or so back. I _really_ did think it was a rehandle in spite of the COA signed by Christine. Turns out it's a early GEC SFO for CC. Sometimes you just get lucky.

Nice hauls, Tom! That Remington is amazing!

I spent my limited funds all in one place on this Ray Cover Canoe. Those aren't gaps around the covers. Ray uses a black fiberglass reinforced material for the spacers.

Oh yeah, and my wife bought me this brownie when I wasn't looking.

I don't think I've seen a single blade canoe. That is an epic looking knife.

Thank you, Alan. I've been carrying it the last couple of days after putting my own edge on it. I've only encountered one opportunity to use it but I'm very happy with it so far.

I have a few of the older USA Schrades and I really like them. I've been on the lookout for a nice 897UH for quite a while, and today I found this one, NIB, with all the original paperwork. It really wasn't sharp at all so I took it from 220 grit diamond to 60,000 grit lapping film, and now she's a shaver. I polished up the bolsters and I'm ready to put it in my pocket when I go out exploring tomorrow. Sweet little knife! (Sorry about the price sticker, I didn't want to mar the box by trying to pull it off. In accordance with forum policy, I'm not soliciting any comments about that one way or the other.)

I think that little pattern is a keeper. I picked a couple up a bit ago and regret I didn’t get them sooner!

This came today:

Good thing I noticed this before it drew blood. A few minutes with a file and some sandpaper took care of the problem:

5” closed, 4” blade - just about my favorite size:

Very stiff opening and closing, which I suppose is better than the opposite in a friction folder. Here she is with her slipjoint sisters:

I got this sweet Case even end stockman today. It might be the perfect size for a stockman. Fit and finish on it is excellent, and it's basically brand new. The winterbottom style jigging is icing on a pretty nice piece of cake... I'm pleased...

Well done
I really like Case's ginger ale Winterbottom jigged bone. I usually buy patterns, but this bone is so cool, I bought this saddlehorn just 'cause I like the handles so much ;)
