With the current popularity and demand for GEC knives, some dealers are price gouging right now.One retailer has it listed at $89, another has it listed at $158.
Are you talking about one of the #62 Easy Pocket Congress knives? I've seen some of those going for around $90. That's what they should be selling for, unless it's a more rare variation.... which one are you looking at?I was thinking about buying a tidioute Congress. One retailer has it listed at $89, another has it listed at $158. I’m unsure what the huge price difference is due to. Both are the same knife. I’m looking for some guidance in this.
Yes, please do.Can I send you a message with links to the respective retailers?
Yeah that’s the one. And you’re right, average pricing is about $90, this other place is gouging. Are you talking about one of the #62 Easy Pocket Congress knives? I think you would really like the #62. I usually carry 3 or 4 knives in the cargo pants, and a 62 is usually one of them. Great knives.Yeah that’s the one. And you’re right, average pricing is about $90, this other place is gouging.
That is a really nice little pocket knife.Small fry - another RR small stockman.

Thanks! I like it a lot. (It’s my fourth in that pattern so far.) Now if they would just make it in sawcut delrin........That is a really nice little pocket knife.![]()
Lookin’ good! What are the blade shapes? The secondary looks like it could be a Wharncliffe.Just received this A Wright in my post office box this morning.

I really like the barlow, when you get a good Case, they are good. Well done and enjoy 'em.I just picked up two Case knives. My first Case in over a decade. (Had to make up for missing out on the GEC 74 in black plum. Still bummed about that.) A single blade barlow in smooth white bone and sway back in chestnut bone CV. Both excellent knives. The blade on the sway back moves from side to side when closed but is tight when open. Other than that just about perfect fit and finish. The chestnut bone is nice. The barlow is excellent. Again, almost perfect fit and finish, blade dead center, and great walk and talk. The blade just snaps into all positions. The smooth white bone with no shield is classy. Overall, I am impressed with the quality and couldn't be more pleased. I took a gamble on Case and it really paid off. I'll be back for more.

I sold a few Hinderers and picked these up the last month or so. Besides the tip of the shown Case blade being about as pointy as a butter knife I’ve been very pleased. I just ordered the 50 grit stone for my KME and am going to try re-profiling it (after practicing of course).

These two from Eric arrived yesterday, just fantastic knives, solid and centered blades, the 154cm is razor sharp. Beautiful covers on both. Very very happy
