After reading Peregrin's knife of the year post, I couldn't stop thinking about the Case/Bose Eureka Jack.
Gorgeous!![]()
Welcome to the Case/Bose club.
That’s a beautiful Eureka and a fine treat for yourself. I’ve always found the Case/Bose collaborations high quality and when found at a discount, a pretty good value. Congrats on that acquisitionAnW
Thanks guys. It's easily the nicest knife in my collection! That Eureka looks great, AnW, congrats!
That KOTY thread can be dangerous. A Pony Jack arrived today. I had been looking at them for a while (had ruled out the old white owls long ago) and took note ofr8shell choosing it as KOTY. I’ll tote it tomorrow.
That’s a nice one… reminds me of American elk stagA decent stag White Owl finally landed today

I think you like yours, as much as I like mine! Very nice! I wasn't sure I'd like the Brown bone, but it's growing on me!After readingPeregrin 's knife of the year post, I couldn't stop thinking about the Case/Bose Eureka Jack. After a pretty quick search, I found them at a large Case distributor at a pretty hefty discount so decided to treat myself. It arrived today, and all I can say is wow! I don't have any custom knives yet, but this has to be pretty close. Fit and finish, walk and talk, blade steel, bone jigging and coloration are all pretty spot on in my book. I absolutely love it, and at the discounted price I will be much more likely to carry it. It will definitely be getting present-opening duty in a couple of days.
