Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

So, this is my newest Randall Made, but I ordered it in 2016 and it arrived in March 2020 right before the plague took over. It has been sitting in the back of the closet for over 2.5 years untouched, until tonight when I took it out to admire it. SO I COUNT IT AS NEW.

It was originally for my son's college graduation; but he took one of my Benchmade Presidio Automatic knives instead, along with his birth year Omega Speedmaster Pro Moonwatch.

Looks great, Doc, what steel did they use?
I can't remember it's been so long, but I believe that it's a carbon steel that can patina; because it came with warnings to not leave the blade in the sheath for storage or that the blade could become discolored. It also had information on how to remove the discoloration if that did happen. I should look for that info later.

sweet score, a 15 long pull clip with end cap

This arrived this afty its outstanding for the price.

Twisted Assisted traditional slip joint B grade (I cant find a blemish) carbon fibre,VG10.

It was the clip slips I was interested in,the knife with slip is less than some are charging just for the slip, I was able to buy a 2nd slip as well.

Pinches open easy, long pull, stainless, feels very strong and is very sharp.

It cut through the bread and cheese clean with ease and without making a mess.

I fitted a small lanyard for contrast and ease of use.

I love my little cheese board made by a hobbyist in the market.
