Your own physical reaction to having had the vaccine shots

1st Moderna shot I had no side effects.

2nd Moderna shot on the 22nd around 3PM. Went to bed around midnight with no symptoms. Woke up around 4AM with a 101F fever, my joints all hurt and had a headache. Had the chills so I dug out my winter PJ's and a blanket and went back to bed. Pretty much stayed in bed the next day watching movies and drank a lot of water. The fever was gone by about 3PM. By 6PM I felt well enough to go out for a giant cheeseburger!
All in all, no big deal.

Your experience sounds extremely similar to mine. I've had a crap ton of vaccinations over the years and never so much as a sore arm. The second shot of Moderna smashed me like a train. 12 hours of suck that came and went like a light switch. 50% of the rest of the people I know who got Moderna had similar reactions.

After the second shot of Pfizer, I had a fever, bad joint and muscle aches, and zero energy to get up. After two days, that was gone. I still have constant aches, but not really bad.

So… just a sore arm for a few days. Slept really hard the first 2 days. Wife got her booster & got fatigue & a mild fever for a couple days

I got the Pfizer placebo I think. A bit of bump on the arm after the first shot - I thought I'd been bitten by a spider or something and paid no attention. Second shot, my arm was a bit sore at the site for a half day.

BUT, I got the shots in my left arm and the hair on my left ear lobe seems to have grown much faster than on the right. I have to get my wife to cut it twice as often as the hair on my head. True story.

On topic, I woke up at 4am feeling miserable and a little feverish. Took some Tylenol, made a pot of coffee, and 2 hours later I’m feeling much better. Moderna booster was a lot like the 2nd for me.
