Yep, I hadn't even considered the uncoated model could be better steel because I was thinking sprints are the better. So, of course you're right! The steels are different iirc s35vn vs 20cv?

I have a 0095TS and theres no action issues at all ...the S90V is SHARP! actually im trying to sell it to fund another purchase but if i wasn't doing that there's nothing wrong with the one i have at least.. perfect action IMOZT must be sitting on a pile of 0095's and they're just trying to do something to move them. The black and tan is terrible... The solid black and TS looked nice but plenty of people talked about action issues w/ the TS. the 462blk is VERY tempting even tho I'm not the biggest fan of coated blades. It just looks AMAZING.
I purchased a 0462 a week earlier got in car started flipping and heard rattle. Went back to dealer they claimed it was supposed to rattle they exchanged anyway. flipped 4-5 times in store heard more rattle the dealer angrily returned ridiculous. Whatever ZT was in the past thats 3 knives different models being sold with issues. Im not one to keep a knife in a draw and not use my guess is if I used for anything more than a box or paper the thing would break. Check out the youtube channels of being used tested. The completely FAIL. but thanks for kind words,
I just wanted wanted to post how much I love my 562CF. Just got it about a week ago. Super smooth and snappy. I did however press in the thumb studs from my Knockout and it made it EVEN BETTER. ZT you guys need to do this on an updated model.

Those were blade stops, not thumbstuds. Looks decent that way. Do they work better as thumbstuds better now? It's one of my favorite zt's too. Though if I had to change things, I'd get a thinner regrind, your thumbstuds idea, add a detent ramp, lighten the knife up a good margin and get one with solid lock geometry. It would then be perfect.I just wanted wanted to post how much I love my 562CF. Just got it about a week ago. Super smooth and snappy. I know they're blade stops. The knife is very similar to the xm18. XM's have useable studs. For some reason ZT likes to make the majority of their Hinderer designed flippers have stops only. Don't really know why that is. This example of the 562 has a great detent for both. The Knockout studs are the same exact diameter but are taller and have a nice usable/comfy texture. The lock up was not effected at all. Super happy with how it turned out. Have a couple picks and a video of it on my Instagram.

My 0562 does this. I sent it in to ZT and they said it was the bearings and not an issue. Some lube in the pivot did the trick.Jill Jackson,
I had the same problem with my 0609, 0609blk and my 0460, they would rattle slightly only when closed. I put a drop of Benchmade’s “blue lube” in the pivot, let it sit for a few minutes and they don’t rattle anymore. Also, someone mentioned a weak detent on the 0095TS....mine rockets open but my 0095s90 BLK does need a wrist flick to fully open.
Beautiful knife by the way, Jill Jackson, I’m hoping to get the black version next week, just love the design, it’s one of my favorites along with my 0200 and 0452g10.
