Himalayan Imports Indonesian Wharncliffe, baby!! Made for a Zombie near you!

I wouldn't want to get close enough to have to use a blade, but a kukri with a D type handle guard would be nice. That, and a copy of the Guide, and I'd be set.

I gotta say, I'm thinkin if you could have 2 of any of those, I would go with the kukhuri. For just one, I think that andrew colglazier is in the lead. That looks hefty enough to hack through em, but short enough to not get it stuck.

If a lightsabre were actually available, that just wouldnt be much fun. Where's the challenge there? thats like walking into a midieval siege with kevlar and a minigun

Another vote for an Enfield with the sword bayonet. According to World War Z
full auto guns are not very usefull on zombies so the Enfield is perfect for those all important head shots. If you are not familiar with the enfield sword bayonet it is huge has a razor sharp blade and when attached to the rifle an incredible amount of leverage.

A Case peanut slipjoint. That's all the blade you would need if your heart was pure, your chi was strong, and your technique was flawless.;)

Haha, this is a fun thread. Reminds me of Land of the Dead when they have that bus with chainsaws, rockets, and other weapons on it.

I think it would be cool to have khukris and go bust some ass, and of course a XM8 for backup. ;D

Good luck with your little peanut Thomason. :)

My first choice: the shards of an old rasputin russian imperial stout bottle. I dropped one weeks ago and I'm still cutting myself on shards that I didnt get when I cleaned it up.

my second choice is this:

at that price, i say just have like 30 of these on hand and you'll be set for the coming Rage pandemic

ok, everyone at BF has put at least some thought into this scenario before, so it should be obvious by now:

(1) rifle for distance shots

(2) semi-auto 12-gauge with 00 buckshot for close-quarter spray & pray into gaggles of zombies, when time for aiming is at a premium

(3) short sword like a Valiant Golok that can be weilded quickly in one hand to chop off heads, or grasping hands, or supporting legs when things have really become up close & personal. Fast & sharp. I'm pretty sure most of Jerry Hossom's bigger blades were made with this situation in mind . . . .

indeed, Jerry Hossom's shit does look like it's designed with one primary goal: kill things. Certainly not a bad choice for the impending zombie revolution

now you can bring some of your favorite beers: I'm going to have to bring victory's horizontal barleywine style beer, three floyds scottish style ale, Dogfishhead world wide stout, Dogfishhead 120 min. IPA, and Trappiste's #10 quadrupel

of course I will be needing my LM charge to open them :D

A shaolin spade.a steel shaft with a half-moon blade facing out at one end. It's also called a LOBO.For decapitation and slicing attacks.
for a firearm I'd take the semi-auto 44 mag rifle my neighbour has.and a Para ordance P-14 high capacity .45acp.
And my Hell Razor.:D

BTW: I own and love both the Zombie survival guide and World war Z.(my sig line is my favorite quote from world war Z).

I have A gladius By starfire its designed to be a blunt stage combat piece and has been through literally thousands of fights without more than minor edge damage

It would take a few hours on a grinder to make a real edge on it but i would use my Kukris along with my 357, my 40 cal, my 38 and my 12 guage to hold them off until the work was done.:D

This is collecting dust on my home office wall, I keep it wondering when Zombie day well come.....dang-it, I coulda bought a V-8 instead.:D

EDIT: oh yeah...It would be cool to have around if that whole "reign of fire" thing goes down too.

Curse those damned Eco-Terrorists.

Fast zombies or slow Zombies, I'm sticking with a plain jane Crow Bar...especially in an urban setting.

No need to worry about it getting stuck in a zombie skull, and I can use a crowbar as a crowbar if I need to break into the warehouse for food or shelter.
