Zt 0392 BRNGLD!

You guys defending ZT's mistakes sound like the ones stomping around having a tantrum. Yes we know it's 'just a knife' but expressing frustration over getting a raw deal is not to be confused with whining, entitlement, me me me, or any other comparisons you've made.

Not in the least. The very fact that you think people in this thread have torches and pitchforks shows your misunderstanding. People will move on but in the meantime there's nothing wrong with being a little pissed that you missed out on the knife you were told you had.

My point is very simple. Other retailers over sell all the time.... people cry for a moment but move on. Yes people are dissapointed... but your kidding yourself if people aren't calling ZT/KAI with a confirnation while literally demanding a knife. Mistakes happen all the time. It the people who can't handle it and feel entitled that i do NOT feel sorry for. Yes, it sucks you missed or or were even given a confirnation and told sorry better luck next time. It sounds like if it doesn't run perfectly this is going to be a perpetual cycle. It's wrong to crucify a company over 1 blunder when they are constantly making people happy. MOVE ON!

I agree that those people probably do exist however I haven't seen anyone in this thread who gave me that vibe. Just a couple people frustrated over the confusion.
 
So has anyone received shipping confirmation yet?

No tracking or any other emails yet. I think KAI is too busy with their warehouse sale atm to deal with the LE sale. It is very unfortunate the few people in here who did get cancellation emails. I think there is too much arguing going on. From what I have read it seems like KAI has some things it can work on and there is frustration with the few people who were told they got a knife and then it was retracted. I don't believe it is wrong to feel disappointed or upset, but instead of assuming and jumping to conclusions KAI intentionally planned to send out emails during their warehouse sale so that customer service would not have to reply is on the side of whining. I see KAI sending those emails out as part of their well known customer service as a start to addressing the problem. Would you rather of had them email you next week instead of right away? As for not wanting to be a KAI customer due to this one incident, the customer has every right to make that decision. Personally I would wait to speak with customer service explain the situation and concerns before feeling angry and making the decision to no longer support a particular brand or company.

RamZar, or anyone else in the know, may I ask the obvious question again ... so the ZT 0392brngld that was just released in the US Dec 1st was available back in October outside of the US? Or did I read the posts wrong
 
From what I understand, ZT shipped the first batch of 392BRNGLD overseas a couple months ago and just recently released them here.

I was a little disappointed that I missed out on the 0392 BRNGLD....maybe felt a little butthurt....but like you say, I moved on:D

What country (s) , I've got to get one ... maybe the hype has slowed down there. Check out ebay, a couple sold and several more are listed before the sellers have them! I wonder how that works if they don't get them.

Yes. They go through dealers for overseas sales of limited editions. You may still be able to find some overseas. Lamnia which is a BF dealer setup a lottery for their allocation.
