I got married Last October, but thank you. :) Guess the wife liked the Just Married Ornament enough to use it again

just got my tracking. wont b here till wed. Little disappointing since i paid $35 for 2nd day air. I hate UPS. I have had such good luck with USPS priority mail.

Funny, exact opposite experience. Our local Post Office sucks, they lose mail regularly (sometimes mysteriously located weeks later). I pay extra to avoid USPS.
 
Received mine yesterday. I live in Cali. Never received a shipping email from KAI, just showed up at my door via FedEx yesterday.

I have had that happen - but I think I remember my ZT stuff coming in UPS, and I have a myups account where I see all packages that are being routed to my addresses.

I never get a tracking number from Kai, the package just shows up in myups -

I didn't get an email but I just checked my limited edition account on the zt website and the tracking number is there in the order history next to the knife

OR to NJ expected Thursday -- standard shipping.
 
Greetings to all, I was one of the people who got all the way through Tuesday with a confirmed purchase and an order number but then had my order cancelled on Thursday without any explanation. I just spoke to ZT customer service and got good news, my order should not have been cancelled and they are going to ship my knife out tomorrow. I asked about what happened and was told that they are not sure. They have been swamped with the factory sale and now there will be an IT meeting later this week to sort out the problem with the le sale. Something caused the system to over sell and then cancel some orders, no more details available. As usual, I came away feeling that the people I spoke to at ZT were straightforward and helpful, the same way I felt with the original 392 purchase when I did not get a knife.
 
I have had great customer service from them. Dealt with Brandon Bacon in the past and he is very dedicated to work.
 
That is the nicest looking of the 0392s thus far in my opinion, however I will be holding out for the Wharncliffe. This just aren't enough framelock wharnies out there. And good on ZT for taking care of those whose orders were cancelled. They seem to always go the extra mile to take care of customers.
