It shows my order was confirmed at 10/1/2014 - 1:04:51 (UTC) and it's shipping soon. I don't know what UTC means but it seems they had to take a little extra time to sort it all out.

I already had all my ship to and billing info set up from an earlier buy. I think that helped speed things up for her.

UTC is the time zone so it's likely that those times line up.

I easily believe that the first 272 went into *a* cart within 4 minutes. That may be the loose definition of "sold out" being referenced on the FB page.

To be fair, I don't think anyone anticipated people, and especially not a bunch of people, putting the knives into their carts and not buying them.

When a sporting event or concert announces that they sold out in 35 seconds, they don't mean that everyone completed the purchase in 35 seconds. I doubt they have that many squatters though.

I think a lot of people just wanted to check out the system as practice so I wouldn't count on it happening again.
 
I think its all good guys, i just checked my order and its not cancelled and being prepared to ship. I can't wait for this badboy
 
I also wonder if anyone was caught trying to order multiples and got their orders canceled.
 
Is anyone's Shopatron status saying "Authorizing Payment" still? I got in at 01:02:09 (UTC), and had AMEX as the card but looks like it has not gone through yet.

Hearing everyone saying theirs is ready to ship is making me nervous.
 
I think it's likely that out of the 272 buyers that a few didn't read the "fine" print and will have their order(s) canceled.

I wonder if there is a possibility a few may pop up for sale on the site yet or if the system was smart enough to cancel those orders immediately due to the shipping addresses and made them available for purchase?

I'm just happy I have one coming! When I refreshed it said 2 left so after some quick research I pulled the trigger!
 
From all appearances, the sale was a success. The little glitches can be worked on and resolved fairly easily.

I am waiting breathlessly for the release of the 0392. Been drooling over that one for a while now......
 
My order went through at 1:06:42 UTC and as of right now it's status is Authorizing Payment. Hopefully I get one.

Weird, mine went in at 01:02:40 UTC, and went immediately to a status of "shipping soon". I wonder why the difference?
 
I used Paypal. Did anyone who is under the "Authorizing Payment" status use Paypal?
