ZT 0888 at last!

Got a PO card in the mailbox today. Going to grab that bad boy tomorrow after work.... can't wait !!!!

Perhaps meant in jest, but that signifies the need to get defensive as per your own imposition of your beliefs. I don't think Knuckle Buster said anything that I'd personally consider defensive, but if you think he did it's because you asked for it.

Thanks Mqqn, the original pics that you posted in the KAI/ZT forum from was what made me want to pick one of these 0888 up.

Awesome - thanks for letting me know that!

For the record, I use all of my knives - especially the LE's because I love them and have no intention of selling them later or preserving their collectible value. When my kids find them in my estate, every knife will have signs of use.

The pocket clip is still one of my favorite "behind the scenes" knife stories - Jimmer explained that this was how he felt after he was done designing the clip for the 888 -

Yeah got mine yesterday in the mail. It's bad a$$...plain & simple. Wonder if the MAX with have the same milling on the handle or be like the prototype. Personally I might like a smooth handle for that one. Stealth like! Anyways looked up the completed auctions on the bay. One sold for $3200!!!???? You kidding me!
 
Ya, I wish I could of nailed down a pre-order. For me, I'd stick it in the safe, and enjoy the craftsmen ship along with friends for a long time.

Congrats to all who scored a sweet blade, and I can't wait to see what ZT has Cooking!!!!!!!!!

I think a 0600 is next for me!!

Ya then the same seller puts up another with a buy it now price of $3500, it sold too but we don't know what the selling price was for either. Not likely near the asking number.

This knife is just so damn nice. It just reminds me of, well, like that robot on Terminator 2, the one made of liquid metal or whatever. It just flows :D
 
I got mine too, lil too big my for liking.
who has the smallest ser #? the smallest I have seen is #64
