Zt0450

I have put in calls to one local dealer and one other dealer to set one aside and give me a call the moment it shows up. I would love to see more pictures and side by side comps with other knives in the meantime. Stop fondling them and post some pics!

The 0450 went out of stock way faster than any of the other production knives this year. I haven't even seen one in stock yet and I check all the time.

Been a little busy today so this is the best I can do at the moment.

I got mine. Its a great little knife. But i know between this and my 0900 the 0900 wins. Cant justify both. Especially with a 0454cts204p and 0452cf on the way. Still he action is insane. I love the new zt detents.

What is it that you picked the 0900 over the 0450? I thought the 0900 was going to be more popular one.

I had a 900 and while a nice little beefy knife, for one of my EDC's I would never carry it. The 0450 will definitely get carried!!

Just received an email from Knife Center that my ZT0450 that I preordered is on the way.

Well the 0900 is as wide as a larger folder. And while both knives for me are a three finger grip the wider handle on the 0900 is just better for me. My main need for a small knife is to have something to carry when i am worried about staying in the confines of my states antiquated knife laws. The 0450 is still slightly longer than that law allows so the 0900 is just a better fit for my needs and i know i wont use both. I would say the 0450 is great for someone who needs a dress knife that is still robust and the 0900 is for the person who wants the feel of their full sized knife in a near legal everywhere size.

Just got my 0450 yesterday... can't remember the last time I was this excited about a knife. I like knives of this size and this one checks all the right boxes. Fit and finish on mine is watch-like and I can't stop playing with it. This is a grand slam for Zero Tolerance IMO.

I don't particularly like the look of the clip on the 0450, but that isn't a deal breaker for me if it works well. One thing that is probably driving the clip selection on the 0450 and the 0452 is the deep cut out at the lock-bar hinge. The clip has to either end before it, or reach right over it.

Anyway, I was pretty comfortable that I didn't need to get either the 0900 or the 0450, but the more picture I see, the more my resolve is weakening. The 0452 was a no-brainer for me, and I already have one. I prefer the extra width of the 0454 in hand, but the 0452 is still a fantastic knife.

I changed the clip on my 0808 and it appears that a 0550 clip may also fit on the 0450.

I thought I was the only one that had a Turbulence, love that knife. I opted for the 0808 over the 450. I just adore the 452, what a great knife. I didn't think I'd like it that much because of the blade length, but, it is so sleek and non threating. I showed it at work and the folks loved it.
