Just faxed the Scioto County Sheriffs Office copies of all correspondence, canceled check and Ebay info. Now to see what happens next.
 
Talked to them last fri. I'll post as info comes in. I do not want to put out too much info as this process is just begining.

Sam, I'm kind of at a loss as well. I was hoping this all panned out for the better, but for whatever reason, it appears that Will got in over his head and was unable to deliver as promised. I hate to see it come down to fire and flames, but everyone who has already given money either deserves a full refund or an as-promised product.

Has anybody who lost money to this moron went to the address they sent money to and tried to get a refund in person? Even if he's gone, some friend( if he has any ) neighbor or possibly landlord might know where he went. How about him leaving a forwarding address? I know if he ripped me off one way or another I'd get my money or at least that amount of satisfaction from him.
 
I don't have the time, but I did help to get him shut down on ebay. It's enough to know that I helped stop other people from getting ripped off.
 
It was mentioned in a previous post that one of his places was foreclosed on and auctioned off. Looks like the same thing happened last week to the other address he had listed.
