May not be a big deal to you but c'mon....We're shipping these as soon as they arrive, they just haven't arrived yet. We third quarter, now it's fourth, no big deal.
I will be the first to agree that a persons wife is their TOP PRIORITY and it should be. However leaving almost 500 people hanging for months when a simple weekly-ish update would quell the noise, makes no sense. And 500 people or so would make "stepping up to the plate" awfully hard to defend! So I do appreciate the person spearheading this finally giving us the update, it is his duty. To not give an update is very unprofessional. Imagine if it were your money just hanging out there with nothing to show for it. I am sure you would question it just as much..
If you don't like all these people expressing their concerns and complaints on here, update them once in a while. Taking 30 seconds out of your day to post an update is not asking too much, especially since you have promised a product and the time frame has passed. Your response "it's no big deal" just makes it worse, not better. At some point people will begin to wonder if they got swindled.
I am fully prepared to wait until the paid for and promised items arrive, but please be a little more forthcoming with the updates. It's all were asking, I am sure you would ask the same!
