2012 Traditional Forum knives HAVE ARRIVED

Mine arrived today. Amazing design! So much so that I have a second on the way. The wharncliffe has just a touch of blade play but that is an OK trade off for the nice pull. I'm going to pick between this one and my second and decide which one I'm going to take to the EdgePro for a nice sharp reprofile. They are just so nice that they deserve to be used!
 
Both arrived last Thursday. Beautiful knife! Fit and finish are what I was expecting. I bought two...so I'll be putting on in the EDC rotation. I've just gotten interested in traditional knives here in the past few months and this was definitely the way to start off!

mine arrived while i was out of town -- thanks to all who made this happen and to Spark for the fast shipping!
Knife is slightly larger than I expected, and perfect!
 
That was not a complaint - my mental image was something along the size and weight of a buck 301 and the blades on this one are twice as wide, which is a good thing, as i have large hands -- it's incredibly comfortable and should be a joy to use while converting the occasional branch into a pile of sawdust.
 
I will still probably shop with a ruler near me, regardless of how you feel about your knife. :D. I don't like suprises.
 
The knife arrived and it exceeds my expectations for size, pull, fit and finish.

Mine just arrived, and it is a beautiful knife. I like it so much, I went to order another one a couple minutes ago only to find out that they are now all sold out!

I'm now kicking myself for not ordering a second or third, but I'm super happy that I was able to get the one! If you were lucky enough to snag one of these, and haven't yet received it in the mail, you are going to be in for a great surprise. This knife is almost perfect.
 
Mine arrived today. It's my first GEC knife and I am impressed. Fit and finish are excellent with absolutely no blade play.

I'm going to use this as my Hurricane Sandy preparedness knife. Sandy doesn't stand a chance. :D

Too bad I missed out on this one. Looks like Great Eastern did a great job with this knife!
 
Mine arrived today. On first look it looks solid. I've placed it out of sight and will snap a pic later.
 
Mine came in Saturday. Beautiful knife! Love the needle point on the wharncliff. Nice grinds on both blades, perfect fit and finish, and I love the color and jigging.

Not quite shaving sharp, but with the thinness of the edge, I can fix that right up!
 
The mailman delivered the regular mail - no knife, and I was so disappointed. Then he drove back and dropped off a package, and made my day!:thumbup:
Just finished redoing my avatar to include the latest addition, and I think my vote for next year has to be for a peanut - no room left for anything bigger.:o

Mine got delivered today, all I can say is WOW, dealin' with Sandy and flickerin' power from the storm so we'll post some pics after the hurricane passes through.
 
My second showed up today. Now that I have two it is time to break out the Edge Pro and do some mild reprofiling. That Wharncliffe blade is going to be scary. The thing I love is that the knife takes on a completely different personality depending on which blade is out.

I got one today. It's beautiful and smooth. I love it. However i purchased two of them. Did the other go dirrect to my brother?
