2014 BladeForums Knife Gallery

OK it must be me. Take a look at this. Is it something that would concern you? A hairline crack running from the pin to the bolster. I'll try to get better pictures later.

Send it to glennbad and have him recover it with jigged bone, smooth bone, delrin, or perhaps ebony.

Invoice, When you ask one of those "is this alright" or "should I be worried about this.." type of questions concerning a knife, always remember that most people will be more forgiving of a given condition in your knife than they would be if it was present in one of their's! OH

Thats what I was thinking:D

I find living several thousand miles from the factory, at the wrong end of a bad postal service, can add to the perspective! ;)

Ok here's mine. A bit lighter than most of the ones I've seen so far. Thank you to the fine folks at GEC, Charlie, Barry and everyone else involved. Fit and finish is excellent. I really like the blade without the etch.

And an enhanced pic.

These are even better pictures than the ones you sent me earlier Brian! I think this might actually be one of my favorites so far. :)

Thanks Jake! As I said to you earlier it was your observations that helped me "see the light" wit this one. Its a keeper.:D

I received two today and they are just great, well matched stag, sharp outta da box, and very well finished.......but don't think I paid for any. Hmmm......?

This is so true but than again I've only ever sent one knife back to the manufacturer and because it was discontinued they kept it and gave me credit+ on their catalog site. A few months later Dave H, a forum member saw my post post and sent me his knife to replace mine. RIP Dave, you are missed... :(

I feel for you Jack, everything winds up taking you longer and costing more money but at least you live in a beautiful area, if I ever get back to your neck of the woods we'll have to share a pint. :)

Thanks Ted, if you ever make it back over, I'll make sure we don't have to share! :D

Very cool!

Thank you for your generous donation.

I am really loving seeing all the different characters that these knives have - stag is awesome and we could not have done it without you!
