Mine will go into the rotation for light pocket use, but will spend most of it's time in the drawer right next to the 2011 Forum knife. :p

I' ll carry it but will have to find a new pocket as the others are occupied by the Beer Scout (def an EDC) and the Ancient Charlow (how could I live without before?) :D

The 2015 BladeForums knife will be available to US, Canadian, and International buyers; there is a separate listing for each. PLEASE buy from the listing for YOUR AREA.

Cost will be $88 each including shipping to US members, $98 for Canadian members, and $113 for International members. Shipping will be First Class or First Class Int'l. and a tracking number will be provided when your knife ships.

PayPal and most major credit cards accepted. Other payment methods must be cleared through me by email.

OK! That's it! No other rules, buy as many as you would like (I think, right Charlie?). We will end sales at 300 knives unless otherwise noted. Here's a link to the sales page:

These spec's are NOT 100% correct, but they are close, and I will correct any errors.

Thought we should carry over the pics of this beauty. Looking forward to seeing the grain on mine.

Add it to my forum collection, sharpen it right away and immediately start carrying it like all the others, the only thing I won't do with this one that I've done with most of the others is start a patina. ;)

It'll take it's spot on the right, when it's not in my pocket... :)

Well crap! Thanks for letting me know what I've missed again. ;) What a great collection.

That is a very nice traditional "forum knife" collection. It took a couple years before I was even aware of of forum knives after I joined. But at the begining, I was pretty much all about modern knives as "slippies I had" and looking for something new and see what all the talk was about with the modern knives. I saw the light or rather I just gravitated back to what I always liked and all of a sudden, I was buying knives I had no earthly need for.

What's the count now? how many left to go?

I still have 56 knives remaining on the order list so you still have time.

I just got off the phone with Wally Gardiner at Canal St. , and there is an issue with the shield that is delaying the process. Because the shield is to be pinned, they can't start assembly without them. I won't get into the details except to say that he is working on it.

Meanwhile, Wally tells me the tang stamp die should arrive this week, so that will enable him to begin the blade grinding and tempering once it arrives at the factory.

Just so everyone understands, all the pieces must be completed and 'in house' before any assembly can begin. So there you have it folks, the ups and downs of manufacturing a custom order.

I think I can speak for all of us when I say, "Thanks Wally, for accommodating us 'knife-nuts', we all appreciate the effort involved!":thumbup:

Thanks for the update, Barry. Also, thanks again to all those involved. It's gonna be a great knife!
I'm thinking about lobbying my wife for an advance on my allowance, so I can order another one! :D ;)

Lets see, 56 knives remaining, hmmmm

if I tell one person and they buy
... and they tell two people and they buy
......and those two tell three people each
.........and THEY all buy....

well, this will be cleared up in no time ;)

Glad to hear that they are selling or the orders are accumulating on the '300'. If I were the ones guaranteeing the order, I would have been a bit concerned earlier. Seems to be working out. It is still amazing to me how Waynorth's TC Barlows just sell out so quickly. He seems to have a pretty good handle on the market.

Lets see, 56 knives remaining...

55 now. I just ordered one. It'll be my first forum knife and first CSC. I love clip and sheepfoot blades, so I just couldn't pass on this. The new shield is really cool, too. I'm a fan of US-made Schrades and have a few oder examples.
