2016 GEC Rendevous Dates

Not yet my trucks had a major issue with it engine head gasket was leaking and it finally died and with work I only get two days so public doesn't work. I want a picnic knife so so bad. But I just have to deal with it.

Last year was my first year. I had a great time looking at all their knives over the years. The tour of the factory was a great experience getting to see how a slipjoint was put together gave me a whole new appreciation for knives!

People do bring knives to share and discuss or Coon finger and Coon eye? I'm sure there was some trading going on also.

And a lot of looking gets done for sure! Their show room has so many neat things it's hard to not buy something while you are there!

In recent years, I have been known to bring, let's see, ALL THE KNIVES.

This year, I will be traveling lighter, literally and perhaps metaphorically, perhaps not.

A different season, this, but I'm way looking forward to seeing everyone. :thumbup:
