That is still quite a few, when you consider we took a couple of days to get commitments for only 300 Forum knives. 800 knives should be almost enough for everyone to get one, if they want it.That’s a bummer.
Yea, not sure why I’m crying, fear of missing out maybe. I’m not super crazy about the bone, maybe after it’s put together. Hopefully I like the stag better. That is still quite a few, when you consider we took a couple of days to get commitments for only 300 Forum knives. 800 knives should be almost enough for everyone to get one, if they want it.
That's the one!Don't have an example myself, the ageing potential of that kind of bone is impressive too
They also released a very nice Smooth Micarta and a Red Bone too.
The jigging of the latest example is alright, nothing unusual mind, but it's that colour I find boring and repetitive . Had it been Dark Green, nearly Black, Horsecut, light colour like some of the 23s, Red etc but that Orangey ..![]()
If you are like me, once the knives are out of stock, you will have an insatiable desire to have one. Better to get one while you can, you can always dispense with it later.Yeah, I feel the same way. I was going to grab a 62 in the red jiged bone but wanted to wait to see what these 33's looked like.
Now, though I think I'm just going to tone down my knife buying for a bit.
But if I end up with a 6 pack in and browsing the knife dealers it will be a 62 in red for me, not the 33. (I only have the PC in cocobolo)
Lol, that's true.If you are like me, once the knives are out of stock, you will have an insatiable desire to have one. Better to get one while you can, you can always dispense with it later.
I've never held a 33 conductor, but I'd like to get one...Lol, that's true.
But the 62 is probably closer to being sold out and it's prettier imho.
I have one #33 and seven 62s. There is one 62 in my pocket daily.I've never held a 33 conductor, but I'd like to get one...
I DO know that the 62 is a great pattern, almost perfect in size and function. My unicorn ivory 62 is my most frequently carried knife, I believe.
Tomato acrylic is my favorite acrylic, by far. I'd buy at least two of those, if I could. I only have one tomato.... a 62... sold to me by a very generous/kind forum member....If they are only doing the two cover options it makes sense to play it safe and traditional to appeal to the broadest part of their market. I’d buy up a tomato or blue acrylic like the one rockgolfer posted in a second but it would probably leave a lot of other buyers cold.
"Classy & Beautiful !"No knives have been released this week. Maybe these will be released tomorrow. (7/31/2020)Shields have been added.
