A 23LL and a 74.......

Not a big deal, but the spring sits pretty well proud on my example at the half stop position I just noticed. And the show side bolster was scuffed up pretty badly. It’s going to be a user anyways. I retract my previous statement over it being perfect. Still a great user though.

The scuffed bolster is one thing you have to judge yourself but as for as the " not flush at half/stop issue " goes , I have never tried to cut anything at the half/stop position .

Me neither I think I was just shocked because all 8 of my other GECs are flush and perfect. It is a none issue for me for sure, just thought it was worth noting!

The Ironwood looks amazing!
The jigged bone is a close second.
The Micarta could be up there too if it wasn't for that shield.
Over-all, it's been a very good selection so far. Can't wait to see some stag rolling out.

Honestly, I'd be happy with either, but have to say that the pile side line stratiations are simply beautiful!

Those may be the best matched wood covers I've ever seen. I agree that they are likely book matched.
Simply outstanding.... you should probably go buy a lottery ticket today.

Very light & slim in the pocket. The burlap & finish does look a lot better than the Northwoods as said before.
