I scored my first Northwoods. I was able to snag a Giraffe bone, my first choice. I am glad I did, they go quick apparently. Today is also my Birthday! A present to myself.

Well, was lucky to score a Kudu...I hate these intense drops...really taking the fun out of this hobby.

I was all set to sit this one out until the KSF email arrived this morning. I'm a sucker for yellow on a traditional so once I saw those camel bones I had to try for one. It looked like they had a handful in this color which made it a bit easier to grab #101

No worries, I still came away with a mammoth, but was really drawn to that one. There are no hard feelings when it comes to those chaos drops. It is what it is.

Wow, that was intense. I haven’t bothered with a Northwoods for a long time, the usual rustic might look nice but not as good for slicing. Love the 35 pattern so I figured if I got home in time I’d give it a shot. Well first the login took way longer than usual so the clicked ticked to 1min past. Jumped on a nice looking Kudu but cart snatched...saw another Kudu, very dif from the first but just as nice and this time it went through, but my iPad froze up and the site wouldn’t reload properly for like 3 minutes before it finally told me it went through. By 6 minutes after, I looked to see what was left out of curiosity but nothing left!

Went for broke (literally). Glad to see the older style plain blade again. Pile side matches really well.

Was able to score a micarta. Figured it would be the easiest to get since it was one big group and not individual knives. I’m excited for my first Northwoods. Price was lower than originally advertised as well.

First time I've tried to catch a Northwoods drop. Had a nice even brown camel bone in my cart, but wasn't quick enough so I dove back in and snatched one that looked black-ish on the main page. Didn't even look at the pictures before checking out. It's not actually black, but I think I like it.
