2021 GEC #68 White Owl

I received my copy of the Sambar Stag White Owl this afternoon......
I am very pleased with the quality of the Stag..... At first I thought the knife for Old Engineer had been inadvertently been sent to me......Haha!.....The little birth mark thingy on the Owl side of the main blade is evident on this copy too.... Fit, finish and action are very good.... This is an excellent Gentleman's knife....... GEC did a bang up job!

Thanks! The rub doesn’t bother me, since it won’t be as noticeable an issue once it gets used and the blade gets some patina.

So I come home last night and my wife has finished decorating the tree. To my great pleasure I see that Howard came to my house for Christmas! There’s typically a star up there, but hey…I kinda dig it!
