2022 Knives Listed on Buck Website...and then Delisted...Live Again!

Well I pounced on a 110 sport. I was thinking about getting two of em but I want to see one first. If it’s to my liking I might get another.

I’m kinda taken back on the legacy knives and the tribute 112 prices. That’s a lot of dough ! Heck ya could buy half a dozen of the regular 112s for what a tribute cost. A few years ago ya coulda bought 10 ! Yikes, I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come.

I took a quick photo of a 4 dot FG and a 2010 FG...
Then decided that I needed to include a regular 112.

One thing unusual I noticed about the 50th anniversary 112's when info 1st started coming out was that the standard version is the same price as the finger grooved version. I don't remember ever seeing the prices the same.
Good catch. Looks like the non-50th anniversary 112s have a $15 difference. The 110s have a $10 difference.

Nice to see some are available. Like last year I have an order for these 2022 knives before the New Year started. Last year, Buck also put some on their web site and did not send the knife I ordered for Month's. I sure hope they don't do that to their Dealers this year!

Here is a snapshot of the 50th FG 112 with CJ holding it during the 2022 Shot Show (video posted on another thread):

Another one of the Blade HQ guy holding the same knife.
To my eye that [hook] point of the front frame, looks to be half-way between the non F/G version and the F/G version of the 112 on their website. In other words it looks to be somewhat more rounded than the non-F/G version.

I just located a two new 112's produced the same year, one F/G and one non F/G.Both of these are 2015 production.

Looks tan or light brown on my computer screen. Does not look OD Green. I'm assuming Tecate also means that the knife does not look OD Green.
Yes. That is what I was getting at. Looks brownish/tan to me too. I really feel they have a partial color blind person describing some of the handle materials over the years. Might be time for that employee to have an eye checkup soon. 🤣
