Accused of selling a fake Sebbie...

I am the smartest, best looking, coolest, richest and most humble sociopath I know ;) but I am not a predator. I was never going to return anything other than what was sent to me and I certainly would not now that have revealed my identity. Rest assured that OP will get back his sebenza and in better condition then he sent it.

The 'trolling' I referred to was pretending like I was not going to swap and send back a fake because I don't like the knife (one of the removed posts). EVERYTHING else I said was truthful, relevant and non-trolling. Though I did give (most) of you a mind-f*&% by convincing I was not the buyer (even though I never said I wasn't) and then admitting 'I am the buyer'. Admitting to being the buyer--even if it so shocking it's trollish--is entirely on topic, relevant to this thread and honest but I can see why the mod would not recognize this off hand and respond with a knee-jerk reaction. Also I never claimed or even implied 'I am not to be the buyer', I just pointed out how small the chances are; it blows my mind that the very first time I come to BF and the very first topic I look at is about me and it was posted only hours before.

By federal law: buyer wins every time they claim they did not revive what they purchased (look-up 'CFPB regulation e'). It is a risk you must take as a seller on any online marketplace using credit card payment and you should be aware. You're welcome.

As to why: I was just looking for the most speedy path to a return and refund. OP misrepresented the condition of knife/accessories (a minor misrepresentation is still a misrepresentation) in a way that was more fraudulent than my misrepresented claim against OP. After finding this thread I decided to give a lesson on what COULD happen while at the same time suggesting OP make both our lives easier by offering a partial refund; he did not so he gets his knife back and a great story to go with it.

Reading this, & getting a glimpse of how your brain actually functions (& the fact that you feel your behavior is perfectly normal), demonstrates, just how twisted, & screwed up, your mind really is!

You, are one severe nutcase; to the 10th power! It's nice to know, that you're able to look in the mirror, & see the wonderful qualities that you so proudly profess...

Please make an appointment as soon as possible, to see an MD. Maybe there is some type of medication (one that won't give you the oily discharge that you are spewing here), that may give you the serious help you need.

Best of luck, OP!

At least you know why your time here will be short lived.....
Can't wait for garbage day to take this guy out with his trash of a personality and attitude. At the rate he's going though he might be kicked to the curb before the truck comes for pickup...GOOD RIDDANCE

cali4me I've never in my entirety of being among this beautiful community came across such rubbish/trash/garbage . You can't be serious?!?! You came to this site to scare the seller into a partial refund. The more you talk, the more you appear to be everything you've been called throughout this thread.

All you had to do was state the item as..... not as described (missing accessories), sent the seller back his item, and received your refund. But instead you choose to play games, be trollish, and outright "LIE". There's no ifs, ands, or buts about that. Because if you really wanted the rest of those accessories you would have contacted the seller and said so. Rather than blatantly lie to eBay and try to con the seller out of his funds under this bogus alias. But yet you were just trying to "help" right??? Boy pleeaassseee..... GTFOH with that BS.

You are the SCUM that G/B/U warns the good people about here on this forum. Words cannot describe how I and probably many other members feel about you..... or knowing that people like you exist. Your mother should of (blank) you. Hint ---> it rhymes with shallow ;).

(P.S.) Mods please let me know if my post was out of line. I kept it as PG-13 as possible (i.e.) abbreviations, blanks, and etc. All while trying to get my point across. Well, at least somewhat..... I had a lot more "nicer" things to say .

Just send the knife back and be done with it. Plenty more I'd love to say but I'll leave it there...

I do business all the time on ebay. I sell knives and never had any issues but one time. Ebay - as long as you put no returns on your listings, the only recourse they have is to prove that you sent them a fake item or an item not as listed. If they can't prove those two things ebay says sorry no return. The guy is full of it and trying to play you and see if you will bite. Just refuse to take it back and make ebay get involved. If you never had trouble before and he has tried this before they will see that he is a continued problem buyer. Just use their way of solving it till they tell you to take it back DONT

You are wrong.

(As expected) ebay requested I return this knife with no questions asked, it has already been shipped, everyone can settle down. I have not and would not scam anyone out of anything, I worked the system to get the fair result faster. OP started this, I could have easily f'd him over, instead I did what is fair: OP gets back what he sold and I get my money back.

I enjoy getting you all to react, stop feeding the troll!

For the record: OP started this, I could have easily f'd him over, instead I did what is fair: OP gets his knife back and I get my money back.

I'll say though--I am enjoying getting you all to react, stop feeding the troll!

Why did you "edit" what you originally wrote? You agreed that cmhbigboy was completely correct, and you manipulated the system to get the results YOU wanted. Because if you would of stated the facts (meaning the item was missing accessories)..... eBay would have investigated the matter and made the process of returning (<--- if at all) longer than you would have liked.

Lol, stop feeding the troll??? How about you stop trolling ;).

Also, mods please tell me you have the ability to revive the vital aforementioned information above from post (#137) that he retracted. Basically, he shot himself in the foot and quickly decided to cover it up.

You are also incorrect. Originally I agreed with cmhbigboy that I may have had to 'waste more of my time explaining things to ebay if I told the truth'. Then I re-read cmhbigboy's post and realized... he doesn't know what he's talking about and edited my post accordingly.

I trolled ONE time and got mod slapped pretty hard, I am not trolling and you all are reacting anyway! NOM NOM NOM

So to get your refund faster you blatantly Lie to ebay about receiving a fake Sebenza? You consider that less fraudulent than a minor misrepresentation of the knife/accessories?

Two wrongs make a right huh..

Come on mods or OP can we close this thread up? It's bursting at the seams with s**t

Just because you don't like the truth doesn't mean you should censor it. Two wrongs don't make a right but sometimes a wrong is justifiable, that is the same premiss as self-defense. God bless America!

OP made a false claim and stood to profit from it, this is fraud. I made a false claim (in response) to prevent further LOSS to me, this is (technically) not fraud and perhaps more justifiable than OP's actions, that is a matter of opinion.

I agree with above, however, I am waiting for Cali to reveal his other username

I truly do not have another account, I encourage admin to check.

See post #67, the later option is the correct one (and thus you are not dumb!) :)
