al-Zarqawi is DEAD

To all the folks wringing their hands and going,"Ooooh, it just ain't right to be happy about this, and celebrate and such, a man died", well God bless you gentle people. As for me, I'm about to go throw some steaks on the grill and get my party on. That guy was trying to, and succeeding in, killing bunches of innocent people through his organization. Will his little buddies get pissed and try to strike back? 'Course they will. Should we give 'em a dose of what he got? You betcha.
Tune into the international news media sources. You'll see folks in Iraq dancing in the streets and popping off celebratory gunfire into the air. They know this old boy was a POS, an enemy of peace, and a threat to the safety and security of honest people. They are HAPPY that he's dead, and make no bones about it. Neither do I.

We got rid of a mass murderer. It's like zapping a cancer mass. We don't mourn that the tissue might have been healthy under different circumstances. Yes, it could have; but so what? We have too many healthy hearts and people to worry about one rotten tumor.

It is kind and good to value life. It can also be vain and arrogant to assign equal value to a homicidal maniac, parity with a US foreign policy which says no to terror.

You know, even the small pox virus is 'alive'. That doesn't mean I wish it a place with my brothers and sisters.

We're all happy that the idiot is dead but you don't have to defile a religion in the process of expressing your glee.

I see your point, but it was nothing like the previous threads indisgretions, and that is what you've charged.

Additionally Muslims must get used to people disagreeing with their dogma. I was sent here to teach them just such a thing.

Even a lot of the bad guys hated him because he killed Moslems and bombed Mosques!

Andy, something you said makes me understand you better. You said you help design weapon systems. So, of course you are glad to see your stuff work. I understand that. My problem is, I work in health care and I design and implement systems to help people get better. I do some research support, and also clinical systems. So, I get my satisfaction by seeing people live, and live well.
Amazing how your job can color your life, isn't it
PS-Please, Nothing in this post is to be taken as an insult to your field. I respect what you do, it is necessary and it is good that we do it so well.

Good on ya bro. No hard feelings. You're right in a sense that we shouldn't be glad human life has been taken. I AM glad though. I'm glad he won't be handing out any more checks for taking AMERICAN lives. WOO-HOO. Go Air Force. God Bless you guys.

Hey guys just thought I'd include some links for you to check out.

This is from Al-Jezerra. http://english.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/E4D19123-9DD3-11D1-B44E-006097071264.htm

This is a document written by the asshole in question (allegedly). Warning. This is the dogmatic views of a madman regardless of its authenticity:

GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD TRASH! COWARD AND MAJOR CRIMINAL AGAINST THE HUMAN RACE.

I'm just sorry he died so easily. Too bad the Shiites didn't get him and hold him down while someone cut off his head with a dull knife.

Forget about the virgins al-Zarqawi, you're going to HELL!

Okay, he's history. Good. One less to worry about. But, what about the hundreds behind him that will take his place? This terrorist network is huge encompassing the whole middle east. Israel has been fighting it since day one and is still fighting it today, almost 70 years later.

I'm very pessimistic about this whole mess as you can probably tell. I think it will take many years and a massive effort to stop the terrorists because it is to easy for them to infiltrate normal society.

Again, look at all the good Christians in N. Ireland. How long have they been at each other's throats?

There's lots really, but if you kind of divide it up you have 3 main groups.

There's the nationalistic insurgents who don't like the US occupying their country.

There's nationalistic religious folks.

There's the international Jihadists.

There have been reports of Iraqi insurgents having gun battles with the foreigners.

If you look at Afghanistan the natives starting kicking the arabs out once the US broke up the Taliban.

If they could disrupt the civil war inciters for long enough for us to pull our troops back then a lot of Groups 1 and 2 will go home.

Which is why his "martyrdom" will fall pretty flat. Hard to hold him up as a "holy warrior", when his attacks intentionally included places of worship, et cetera. He was nothing more than a criminal perpetrating an agenda of hatred and violence. Such a man will truly be missed by very few. That he needed to be eliminated goes without saying. That he was in fact eliminated is a good thing on many levels. Like I said, time to get my party on. I'm not only happy it happened, I'm damned proud of the particular team that squared it away. Best keep an eye on the sky Osama, keep an eye on the sky.:D :) :D :) :D

From the link provided by Andy.

There is no doubt that the Americans’ losses are very heavy because they are deployed across a wide area and among the people and because it is easy to procure weapons, all of which makes them easy and mouth-watering targets for the believers. But America did not come to leave, and it will not leave no matter how numerous its wounds become and how much of its blood is spilled. It is looking to the near future, when it hopes to disappear into its bases secure and at ease and put the battlefields of Iraq into the hands of the foundling government with an army and police that will bring the behavior of Saddam and his myrmidons back to the people. There is no doubt that the space in which we can move has begun to shrink and that the grip around the throats of the mujahidin has begun to tighten. With the deployment of soldiers and police, the future has become frightening.

So even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Some spoke about burial ceremonies. Ha! Two 500 lbs. bombs fell on him from 3 miles up! A nickel could kill you from that high. He ain't nothing but a human stain.

You're not gonna believe this....

Put the farm on America to take it all.

LOL.

Gambling is bad.

I'm hearing the wicked witch is dead song from "The Wizard of Oz" as I sing to myself in joy at this loosers death. I only wish I could attend the funeral with cartoons portraying the profit Mumu in a disgusting light.

lol, I was wondering if his feet curled back when his safehouse fell on him after it was blown into the air by the 500 pounders. You know, they had to ID him by his striped stockings...

Personally, it was a good way to start a morning for me. Cup of coffee, couple of cinnamon rolls, Al-Zarqawi is dead.

Take care.
