Can Someone give me some information on the single blade 85 above. Never seen one with a lanyard hole. Beautiful!!

Here is a Vintage Jack in Stan Shaws workshop, its a large Jack, getting a bit old, but still sharp as hang! But could do with a drop of oil in the Joints.......
