You can let your neighbors know that it isn't illegal to stand on public property and take pictures of anything they want. You seem to be one of those scumbags who try to use the law to your advantage to keep screwing people.:barf:

Facts are this, you may think im a CRook, thief, ect,ect, i could care less what you all think of me, but the facts are Being behind on orders,, Like 5 or 6 orders still outstanding Ect,,, Owing somone a refund, ect,, is NOT A CRIME folks.

If he does send anything to Joe, it will probably $25.00, and then there won't be another payment for a couple of years, or until someone offers to put a knife up for auction to help him out. I wonder if sargey has gotten his replacement knife yet?
 
Funny thing is, his neighbors probably really like Alan. It's not like he keeps them awake at night, or day for that matter, with grinding noise from his garage/shop.:) :o :mad:

You failed to deliver goods on the funds that you received six year ago. Dayum, how soon we forget that this is not theft, but a loan transaction.

Will Joe receive payment on the principle only, or will Joe receive principle and interest ?

I would have loved to be privy to the conversation with the "Prosecutors office and attorney General," just to hear exactly what was communicated, on both ends.




Post the names and phone numbers of those that you communicated with at the "Prosecutors and Attorney Generals office."
 
I think it's funny the way Allan states that he doesn't care if people sue him. When people are suing you that means that you have a bunch of customers that feel they have been screwed over. If Allan had any moral conscience, that would bother him a great deal. When you read what he posts, it is obvious that Allan doesn't care what people, including his customers, think of him. I guess that should not be a big surprise, since he doesn't seem to have a problem telling people that if they send him money they will get their knives right away, and then not keeping his word. He may not have broken any laws (I'm still not sure of that being the case), but he most certainly has lied to many, many people. As far as I am concerned his ethics are a few notches below those of a crack dealing pimp.
 
just in case alan doesnt understand a civil suit has nothing to do with a crime being commited a crime is a criminal matter and a civil suit is a civil matter totally different thing. i doubt the DA will give ya any advice on a civil suit, give it a try & see WTF.

as far as selling his equipment/getting out of the knife biz best news i've heard today. ya couldnt give me one of the things.

i just wish he would get off his rear and send joe chern the $$ he owes him. after that he can crawl off to whatever rock he hides beneath.

Not yet. He told me his paypal is shutdown so he has to send money order.
I gave him my sister's address who lives in CA to reduce his shipping charge and some trouble for international mail process.
He said he will send $50 or so this time and plan to pay me back all in about a month in his mail.
Maybe he will keep his words this time.
 
That would be nice Joe,but his word at this point doesn't carry much weight in the community.I also find it odd,that he has to keep asking for your Paypal/E-mail address.You would think after all this time,he would have at least cared enough to keep your contact information.
As to what has been mentioned in previous posts regarding legal action.I would suggest at least filing a complaint with the US Postal Service,you probably can at least get the ball rolling via the Post Office website.You could also try to get to the State Attorney Generals website for Washington and shoot off an e-mail.I had a problem with a cocky s.o.b. in Texas years ago,and the Attorney General made him sing a different tune real quick.
As far as the Laws go in the State,I don't know them well enough to know how good a case you have,but I would give it a shot if I were you.
 
adding to my last post, In order to pursue a complaint through the Post Office your deal would have had to involve a Postal Transaction of some sort,like mailing him payment etc.If this was done all via Paypal and e-mail,then a Post Office complaint won't be possible.You can still try the other agencies though.

I don't doubt his Paypal account has been shut down by Paypal. There have probably been a lot of inquiries about getting refunds due to none delivery.

I think you made a good point. Just check the threads Allan Blade and me were involved. He asked many times for my email and address.
In the last mail I got from him, he even doesn't know how much he still owes me exactly.
Now I have sent him my sister's address, and from his mail he said he will pay me back full in a month or so.
Tell you guys, I really don't have any faith for he will pay me back in a month or so.
And after so many years, I really don't care anymore.
But he owes me, it's simple truth and he has to pay me back.
I hope he goes the right way this time. Let's wait for one or two weeks to see if it will happen.

Allan uses every delay tactic that he can. He has continuously told people that have orders with him that they have to let him know. What kind of knifemaker doesn't keep a list of customers that he owes knives to? He has lost everyone's addresses and phone numbers (or so he says) more than once.It's just a way for him to get more time.
