I suspect if you know the answer to Life, the Universe and Everything your IQ is a lot higher (and you're much more well read) than you're letting on. I was just kidding, anyway. Forgive me, I've got a herniated L5 disc that is making me really cranky. It's hard to type whilst lying on my side and the prospect of being bed bound for another couple of weeks is gnawing at me. This forum is one of the few things keeping my sanity intact. At least I can read about knives while my 9 languishes in its sheath waiting until my feet stop tingling and my legs stop twitching. Snark on!

You're a heck of a guy, Todd! If I get a deer and field dress it with the Yuma you'll clean it up? That's gonna be one stinky package.

Don't worry yourself about this one. I don't get why the low price. Your stuff is certainly worth what you're asking and I had some paypal sitting for a few weeks waiting to snatch up something from my want list. I never dreamed that this would fall within that amount!
 
So, that was just weird. Sitting in the lounge at the train station, this chick is sitting at a table that has all the outlets but she is only using half the table, so I ask if I can sit with her so I can use the outlets also. Turns out she is doing some movie about different wines and she is taking the train from Chicago to LA(ack!!!!) although she has a sleeper car (fairly baller status right there) and she has 30(!) bottles of wine for the ride.

It was a cool concept to me, and I'm going to follow it (till I see a squirrel) but here is her site. Www.theallieway.org

The crazy thing is there is a black walnut tree i walk by every day taking my daughter to school. but its fenced in.

So i searched hardwood dealers in Philadelphia, yellow pages and google, mostly flooring companies came up I just called the 6 places i found numbers for. 2 numbers were no longer connected, 3 had NO black walnut at all, and the other one said they had nothing left over 1/2" thick.

This is just crazy.

I have found boards that will work on the auction site from 15 bucks to 25 bucks. But finding it anywhere else is not working out very well.

You forget that Murph comes by twice a week to help me out? Stink is all part of it. He takes great pride in waiting to take a sh!t till he gets here. My nostrils are not afriad of you! :D

Probably a percentage discount and bulk buy discounts. Which will likely mean I'll be letting at least a few of these go at or under cost for me. But hey, I want to take my wife on a little vacation, so I need to get some cash.

Nothing to forgive my friend. I take it all in stride, This is the snark forum. I apologize if I sounded anything other than charmingly snarky. I like the interaction I have with the good folks on here and enjoy the banter back and forth. It's all in fun. My post count is rather low for my time registered, because I am just old for meaningless and unfriendly conflict. BK&T forum is one of the few mature places I have been since I started playing interwebz. I have posted more here than most other places.

I am truly sorry you're laid up, and hope for a your speedy recovery. Back problems suck in all the wrong ways. Hopefully you can get a laugh or two, and keep your sanity. Your 9 will wait on you, it's faithful like that.

I still hate monkeys though. That story is best left to fireside company that have all managed to become highly inebriated. Some find it uproariously funny. Maybe I'll make a gathering some time and tell the tale. :cool:

That's the pain medication! (Now I gotta figure out my excuse for thinking so!)

We got to talking about jobs, hers is going around and drinking wine(horrible life I'm sure!) She actually used to aspire to be an interpreter though, so super crazy coinkidink. She added me on Facebook while we were sitting here and took a picture of us together for her blog. Then she noticed my bag and commented on how awesome and functional it looked. So we started talking Beckers. One other video on her blog is if her paddling up in Michigan.

That sounds like a story I would love to hear, inebriated or not. I just remembered I had a friend in grade school who had a pet monkey - in upstate New York! Can't remember any details, tho. Lifetime ago.

From Florida Tennessee shouldn't be too far, considering Vik makes a 14 hour 1 way trip, and I think Psyop has an 18 hr 1 way trip... What's your excuse? :-P

So I checked out her website - she has a really nice singing voice...as well.
 
She was a really cool chick, we talked for almost 2 hours while sitting in the lounge at the train station. Even started reworking her sign language skills.
 
Our weather can't make up its mind here. It was down to almost zero a few nights ago and today its 49 degrees.
