I know... I got a little carried away with my new PIF dashi. It was one of those, "What have I done?!" moments as soon as I realized you would have appreciated it, but by then it was in shreds.

Holding up. Elbow tendonitis is getting better. The Rob Ford fiasco is keeping us entertained.

Man Tendinitis is a bear brother. Got it in my rotator cuff after the surgery ..lol cant catch a break. BUT today I got a sexy sexy cortisone shot in the rotator cuff to stop the issue YAY! Have they tried shots on you yet man ?

Been tempted to do the cortisone - I hear it feels great! Just had some reservations. Friends who had it, manifested some problems later on. But it might be the only option I have left! lol.

Wow. That guy is either completely bonkers, or just has huge cajones - I'm not sure which. I saw the one last week where he said he wasn't sure if he'd smoked crack or not, because he was in a drunken stupor... not real smart to say on camera but I can see where that might happen... :D I blame it on the rock'n'roll.

Also, if you add up all the whole numbers from 1 to 36, the sum is 666. Which take us in a whole different direction. In other news, when I used to have a real job, every time a certain Iron Maiden song came on the radio, I would sing at the top of my lungs... "Six... six eight... the Neighbor of the Beast!" No one else thought that was particularly funny.

Don't mind me... it's been a long week and this first bourbon is going straight to my head. :o :p
