Another off topic subject

You know, some people would call you crazy to shoot two mexicans waiting to rape women at a rest stop; however, according to the statutes, you're perfectly justified because you're preventing the imminent rape of another.

Oh and ya I guessed that was a hoax about the us soldier.

Everyday i see the paroles of "human nature" the truth in my opinion is not how inhuman one can be but rather how human one can be. I believe i have amassed some wisdom which is derived from numerous years of human interaction from those of MANY walks of life that its our first instinct to take advantage of another. It is within our genes to prevail and come out within the top of any situation thus rendering what we want when we want it. I believe personally it is the higher road one may choose to correct that instinctual desire to do as one pleases and rationally decide the proper..morally ethical path.
With that being said not everyone is raised or follows with the same ethics as i or anyone else, which is why we developed a standard of acceptable living standards based upon the principals of individually protected rights.
So we must rely upon these laws/standards to protect us, and within the same breath we must remain within the boundaries of fore mentioned standards to insure the structure.

The time of easy street 45dollar an hour jobs and forty being the age of retirement is long gone. Their are others that will work just as hard if not harder for less.
Imo i believe that some as Americans have been brainwashed into this sense of entitlement, believing that they deserve as an American the promo-dream.
which imo isn't real for everyone who is American let alone even those that work hard ever day of their lives with that Protestant ethic foremost in their day to day living, get a f#cking clue..its a roll of the dice and i have seen some damn fine hardworking people fail at life. We came to this country as many others still are, don't forget that within a clouded sense of entitlement.
This American entitlement is propaganda. Hitler used the same bs. you as Germans are better than others You as Germans deserve more..
the truth is no one deserves any more than they get.
I truly believe in the ideology of social functionalism, and i believe in individual rights and protecting there sanctity. So we enforce them upon those who agree to them including ourselves. If you choose to live here or even frequent our country you must abide by those stipulations, if thats a problem stay where you are, or leave, or convince enough people that their rights are no longer important and together change it.
but isolationism is no answer worth pursuing.

We should recall everyone from Iraq, change the Posse Comitatus Act to exclude the first 100 miles of the Southwestern US, and then militarize the southern border.

The Mexicans would be free to scribble anything they want on their side of it.:D

As we get the wall going up, implement a multi-pronged deportation plan of employer round-ups, jail and prison screenings, and school system checks. Let "illegal" parents choose. Give up your kids for adoption, or to become wards of the state, or take them "home" where upon their 18th birthday, the citizen kid can choose Mexico or the US. Permanently.

Immigration or guest worker status for folks who entered or remained in the country illegally shall be disallowed, even if they are the relatives of a US anchor baby.

Also, we should end bilingual education, signs, and paperwork. If I learned Spanish, and enough French to get slapped, via immersion, certainly someone else can learn English in the same fashion.

Then make the illegal entry, or the deliberative attempt to overstay a visa, a REAL criminal offense, punishable by no less than five and no more than ten years in a federal slammer. Make it applicable to Canadians too, just to avoid the charges that we are being unfair.

Boats... What you are advicating makes too much sense (sarcasm intended) and it would ruin the libs/marxists/socialists plans to increase their voters.

we have 3.........how old do they have to be to get a carry permit? lol could you see the beav toting a handgun? lol "honey, take off your handgun so I can change your pull-up.":D

Well, being my family didn't come here legally, and I see the general consensus here is that I should A. Die, B. Go to prison or C. "Get the f*ck out".

I will not bother you righteously entitled folks with my disgusting and unwelcome presence any further.

This is another one of those topics that can go bad in a hurry so I'll try to keep my feelings in check and use this as an opportunity to learn something.

canis-lupus,

Do you feel that you should have all of the rights of a natural born U.S. citizen or legal immigrant, even though your family came here illegally? Do you feel that folks are wrong to resent the millions of illegals that are putting a strain on our system by using resources that they haven't helped to support? Do you feel that just because someone slips over the border illegally and gives birth to a baby, that they should automatically be entitled to all of the same things that legal residents have access to?

I'm just asking because I am interested in hearing the other side of the story.

Grump,

Do you think it makes a difference to anyone here that my family came here illegally from Italy and Germany 75 years ago?

It shouldn't.

I will start telling all these illegal immigrants they have no right to be here, when the Native American's start telling me i have no right.

Maybe it shouldn't but it likely does. It was a different world back then.

I imagine that it wouldn't be all that difficult to find native Americans that would be more than willing to tell you, and about 300 million other U.S. residents, exactly that. Maybe the native American blood in me will save my butt if it ever again becomes an issue.

Of course there is a qualitative difference between the illegal immigrants of old who had to make their own way or as a community and those of today who game a system that didn't exist 75 years ago.

Anyone thinking that the natives here before Europeans were all sweetness and light haven't done their homework. Yes, in many instances, such as the Cherokee, the got an undeniably raw deal, but in others, the NA's "brothers" sold them out, or the US found itself fighting tribes like the Sioux, who were themselves defending a "homeland" they had actually gained through inter-tribal warfare.

I 100 percent agree! I have always said the easiest way to control immigration (legal or otherwise) is to take the social support system away. Open the borders. But if you come here then realize that you will get NOTHING for free. Including emergency health care.
