Is the Highland hatchet comparable in chopping power to an average 10” chopper blade? I keep wanting to get the Ridge Line but I am curious how it would be for bushcrafty type tasks.

I really like it. It has the most secure handle ergonomics especially with the nitrile rubber on mine. The sheath is a bit finicky for me so far but does allow for iwb, belt, or pocket carry. I’m happy Winkler is making a tactical knife again.
