I go to the Winkler Actual store in Boone NC and they had several limited editions (i think they call it something else now) with some really cool exotic wood. Puts the price up and no Military or Emergency responder discounts available.
I had purchased a Belt Knife with Leopard wood that was awesome. I would post a picture but i see my gold membership has expired. Wish i would get a subscription reminder email? Oh well.
I didn’t mind paying full price as i had purchased several Winklers at the discount price in the past and am totally thankful for that.

Do you happen to to have a picture of of one of his first Belt Knives that was a forged blade. Last time i was up there maybe a month or two ago i saw it but my phone was in my jeep. Meant to come back in and take a pic but forgot. Well truth be told wife was waiting in the jeep and was ready to go. I got distracted. Lol
 
I was looking to see if i had posted that Leopard Wood Belt Knife in another thread but couldn’t find any post. I have been off here for a while. Gold expired and i am hesitant to shell out $30 if i will still not be able to post some pictures the easy way.
Been so long i don’t remember if it was resolved?
I find sometimes a picture really adds to a comment i make and not being able to is sad.

You can still post pics via Imgur and Flickr. Being a paying member, just makes it easier.

And yes, I'm joking. Winkler's awesome 30% MIL/LEO discount made the decision very easy and not as painful on my wallet.

You bring up a really good point. I, for one, will try to be more considerate.

And with that in mind, now that you have that one, have you tried the Blue Ridge Crusher? It's also pretty sweet...
