Anything goes three...The trifecta of stoopid goes on.

Trapt, Skillet, My Darkest Days and Papa Roach concert on Friday the 29th- tickets are 30 bucks. Great way to kick off Halloween weekend!

Yes sir, I had lots of fun!:D
Nope, I never saw a opossum. I did see some dog that nobody liked. The dog kept humping me :p

Great people. I'm glad I left the house.

been a long day. my dad had his first real surgery today. bladder, prostate, and some lymph nodes removed. we should find out in a week or so if he has to go through chemo or not. winding down with a bit of my apple pie now, I really don't want to go to work tomorrow.

nice! it's the same exact model as mine. i see you didn't waste any time switching to the wilson combat mags.

do it :D

Lol. I was this close again and then bought another G19 and upgraded my 2 primary ARs. Practicality has taken over me, my primary carry needed a spare. If I find a good deal on a lightly used TRP I might submit but unless something really good comes along I won't be adding a 1911 to the stable until I find a deal on a semi-custom.

 Hope he's ok dude. Will keep him in my thoughts, an old family friend has recently had to start chemo as well.

Positive reinforcement is huge. Show him that you know he can make it, reassure him, appear confident when in his presence. My grandpa is fighting ALS and tries to maintain some inkling of his former outdoor lifestyle. 6'4, 210lb viking monster with a physical therapy degree that specialized in athletics. Big time endurance athlete and lifelong weight lifter.

Wet socks suck ... walked through the soles of my shoes ... time for another pair ...

Nothing better than putting on a pair of dry socks. In '01, I did 10 days in the boundary waters on a backpacking/canoe trip. Canoe across a lake, portage, canoe, portage. Our socks were wet from the first step in the morning until the last step in the evening. Putting on a pair of dry socks that I had worn 9 nights before might as well have been made of silk. Makes you feel a little more human.

Otis, hope your dad is doing okay. Prayers sent.

thanks man. he farted last night so they've started feeding him broth and gatorade. he gets more food tomorrow, so he's pretty excited about that.

New "Shotty Mobile" today. Pretty happy with it.

Been needing a pickup for awhile. Chemicals in the back of an SUV can make some wicked stink.

Thursday night the wife unit and I saw Aaron Lewis (lead singer of Staind) in concert. Solo acoustic show. It was the shiz. One of a dying breed of real musicians. No effects, no band, not BS, just a man on a barstool with a guitar and a mic. One of those musicians who truely is better live than on an album. A lot of folks don't know it but Aaron is a pretty conservative kind of guy. Gun owner, hunter, Gadsden flag flyer.

He did his newest song "County Boy". He said after writing songs for everyone else he wanted to write one for himself. Vid is supposed to hit CMT on December 5 or so. George Jones as the part of the devil and Charlie Daniels of course on some neck guitar.

Check it out....
