AR-15: America's Rifle

I like urban camo. the grey, white and black.

and it doesn't even have to be urban. it's there anything other than black , olive , or tan out there? Navy would be cool.

MARPAT woodland, MARPAT desert, aor1, aor2, NWU1,

That is just digital stuff.

Look at multicam, multicam variants, ATACS, kryptek, woodland, ABU, UCP, penCott, British DPM, Aussie or British multicam, Crye Scorpion, etc

Well my build marches slowly on. I just ordered an E.R. Shaw 24" stainless bull barrel with target crown in 6.8spc. Got my LPK, and a few upper parts. Trying to decide on a good bcg now. For furniture I like the Ace fixed stock and the Clarks carbon hand guard. Will probably stick with those choices.

Just ordered two cans of Lake City 62gr XM855LC1 AC1 on stripper clips for $358 delivered to my door. Life is good

Does anybody make urban camo after market parts and furniture

Check out Gun Skins.com(31 patterns avail for the AR, as is for others). Vinyl wrap thats heat applied. Liguid Gunworks(hydro dipped furniture fro several firearms, light mounts, etc in 5 or 6 patterns).

A mix of paint, gunskins, and hydro dipped. The VFG on the 14.5" carbine is gone now.

Get home from work and what's awaiting me on my door step? A box containing two ammo cans of 420 cartridges each of Lake City 62 grain M855 on stripper clips. $358 shipped. America's rifle needs America's ammo. Five days from ordering on the 'net to delivered at my door. Ain't America Grand!

I used a wrench with leather and blue tape and still got scuff marks. Bennie Cooley comp on a Sig 716 3Gun.

Covered the marks with carbon at a 2 day carbine/rifle class...

Which ACOG is that? I'm going to put one on a similar rifle and I can't figure out which would be closer for a 16" 308... ...the 308 ballistic reticle or the 5.56. From what I understand both the 308 and 5.56 are calibrated to a 20" barrel. From what I can figure 308 from a 16" barrel is right in between the two for drop once you get out a ways.

I'm thinking a TA 11 with a green horseshoe but the chevron looks okay too.

Mind posting pics of that ADM Vortex mount?

I plan on tying a Bobro mount for my Trijicon TR21 but I have a PST with capped turrets as a spare optic (probably will mount it to a 15-22) and I was thinking about giving that mount a try. I have an older 6 position ADM mount and it's been great, but trying to detailed pics of the Vortex style mount is kind of tricky

Anything up close, especially of the split ring. An ADM mount without the hollow ring just throws me off visually so anything of the solid ring.

Is that a 3" offset or a 2"?

got my DDM4 today . with a Harris bipod with larue swivel mount larue padded strap and trijicon acog army

I just got this build together:

-Spike's upper reciever
-BCM Gunfighter charging handle (L)
-AP lower and parts kit and bcg
-Stag A2 tube and buffer
-LuthAR modular stock
-Magpul Miad grip
-AP 20" HBAR
-YHM lopro gas block and tube
-UTG Super Slim 15" free float
-Nikon scope mounts
-Bushnell I had sitting in the safe
-I also have a 5.56 Tactical Stryker Comp but my wrench doesn't seem to fit it?

It's primarily going to be a range toy for 100yds. I'm looking for better glass and a better trigger group.

How do you like that Luth-AR MBA stock? I've been thinking of picking one up due to the savings over the Magpul PRS.
