Man, I swear I saw that somewhere. Been looking for it. I was just laughing, at all the people here, and on other forums, that said they bought Emberlits, because of my photos. Snow Peak kettles too. :D

You take great photos. Sometimes too good. I look at stuff and go....there's no way I could get some thing that looks that cool. I suppose I could get the item then take a pic and gimp it to make it look better than it may be....but that's just too much work. I'd rather play at disappointment. :D

I don't try to make them look better than they are. I feel the camera doesn't pick up what my eye sees. So I enhance to what I believe it looks like more so in real life. Doesn't always work, but I try.

A few more to hold you over Garnet, haha:

oooooooh yea. Dang, if loving those emberlit shots is wrong then i don't ever wanna be right.
Man, I'll tell ya, I loved the whole process, from start to finish. From putting it together, to getting it lit and feeding it, to boiling the water, to even cleaning it up. It was a lot of fun. May get to use it again this weekend.

I hear ya. There's something very satisfying about assembling it. I've just been setting it up and setting random cast iron skillets and pans on it in the kitchen :D

Do you slip it in the ziplock it came with? my bag was ripped up at the bottom, i need another solution.

Yeah, so far I do. Was thinking of having either my wife, or sister in law sew me up a bag for it. Right now, I have it in the zip lock, then in the pouch from Wally that my windscreen goes in.

I've got a spare frogg toggs pouch thingy from a shredded up poncho that I might use as a carrier. Luckily this thing is just so darn packable.

It's going to have to wait to be renewed until the morning. Night gents!

Stay warm and everyone have a great saturday.

Sometimes, things just don't go the way you want them to go.

You mean it's not like on TV, where they can tell everything about a guy in 30 minutes, based on a single drop of sweat? :p

What about the .44 carbine?

Those seem really cool. A buddy of mine had an older one of those and absolutely loved it. He tried pretty hard to talk me into getting one. Last time I looked they were making them again, or something similar. Ammo's kinda pricy, though, especially if one has no desire to reload... and for something with same or less power as a .30-30 with a little less range... I'll pass. And that, friends, pretty much exhausts my entire knowledge of Ruger firearms :o

My insurance was cancelled beginning of the year since I'm moving out...

No, THEIR insurance. If you're renting from somebody, that rental company has an insurance policy, which may insure against theft - find out.
