Been followwing this thread from the beginning and as he hasn't posted since September 17th,am gonna' assume he's a crook.Either that or he's busy answerin' all his PM's and Emails.Don't know the policy on banning thieves perhaps they are left alone so they can be kicked around a little.
 
ARt is STILL slinking about 8:22 AM Today at the JZ forums??? I have met many standup folks here at BF over the YRS. Its hard to believe that, after what, and HOW things have transpired THE GOOD folks here would be subjected to the DISRESPECT of sharing said membership with a PROVEN, Lying,Thief???? Am I missing something or is this an acceptable practice here. Please, ART stole from I and dozen or so otheres (regardless what boards, IT ALL the same comm. to I) and isnt even (1) blatent theft ALONE worth banning??? Id personally preferr not to chat knives or guns in this company
of the boards ALL know he has nothing to offer other than Neg. energy at this point. please advise.

What good would banning ARtsig do? If he was still trying to buy/sell/trade I could see it but leaving a channel of communication open in this case seems like a good thing to me.

He has the Email and Home Addresses with Phone numbers (My home #) of those stolen from. The Lines of Comm. have and always will be opened, althouh never used! This is a GOOD place not meant for BAD people, or so i hope. Nothing left to be said my friend, PP or Mail $$$!!! otherwise GO away.

We're not in a hurry to ban him because we're still hoping this isn't over yet. He certainly won't be allowed to go on using Bladeforums to swindle people.

As for pressures on him, the prospect of getting banned from Bladeforums should be the least of his worries. How about the prospect of going to jail? :eek:
 
It looks like Art has now decided that he is no longer going to make contact of any kind. He slinks around the forums, but doesn't post anything, so I would gather from that, that he is not following through on his promise to make restitution. All those that have not started legal action against Art should do so as soon as possible.
 
DO I think it excuses what happened, NO!!!, DO I think the ONLY reason it happened was do to the endless pressure exerted YES!!!, Was it the FINAL day offered to aviod being served formally, as per our correspondence, YES, Never the less, I HAVE RECIEVED a $175.00 Money Order refund from ARt sig today, no explainations BUT refund is enough . Im old fashion, Pay me and we GO our seperate ways thank you! I sincerely hope others have the same results as I, and that my dilligence will have done others, good as well. AND please let a lesson have been learned for all, in the future so as to be NO ROUND THREE w/ Mr. Sigmon. Thanks for your support.
