You've got to be kidding me, ARt has last visited the other forum PRIOR to his bann on 9/28 and here today??? List was posted there long before his last visit? With the remainder posted here already? Minus dealer and Maker... ARt let me get this right (and i know you read this since active today?) U NOW NEED a list of the people you stole from...Has it gotten that f--king bad. YOU know whom you owe NOW pay up period, so 3rd. parties need NOT settle your debts for you?

The forum that I was referring to is the JerzeeDevil Forum. He's not banned there, that's where I got the quote and why I posted the link. :D


What's perplexing, he claims to want to make things right, but he doesn't post here to keep those after his asss informed. Something that he could have easily done.

Probably. . . .based on his conduct and actions of the past.

If he actually completed his supposed land deal, I would venture to say that those shorted, in the past, will be repaid. I hope.
 
They are aware of the situation there, and at the Benchmade forums as well which ARt joined 9/29/05 as ARt2.0. and while I cant speak for his paypal? access he HAS been online TODAY at Spyderco and JZ forums, so does have general access to the net.

Well according to this post he closed his land deal today. Isn't it convenient how he has no paypal access now though. You see, if you guys don't have your money in the next few days it's still not ARt's fault, it's because he couldn't make it down to the public library to credit your PayPal account!!:thumbdn: :rolleyes:

That might be the lamest excuse from a dishonest person I've ever heard.

*on edit*- I get it now, he doesn't have access from his home computer because he's been banned from that address.
 
While not here, he has been online at JZ forums as of this 7:55 this morning.
Remember....IF ALLOWED sewage will flow where ever you let it? Not trying to be mean here JUST honest :( And, Keith Frankly after ALL this and the way he allowed it to transpire IF? it DID? happen today $$$, while GREAT for us at loss, Would that make it all right for you? I know, You know better my friend. :)

You people are delusional if you think a thief like Art will make good. He's a thief and should be treated like one. Even though he hasn't robbed me personally, the mere presence of this felon on this forum upsets me. I hope this POS gets what he deserves.
 
I personally take issue with people apologizing Artsig's transgressions away. "He has a drug/alcohol problem" etc etc. I'm sure there are plenty of Bill W's friends around here, how many thieves are there? Take away the drugs and booze and you'd still have someone who steals from trusting strangers.
 
Banning him is the best we can do....
There's no excuse why Art could enter JD and not post...
It's a damn shame!

I'd appreciate it if someone would email me a list of BFC members who have been ripped off by Art. Forum name of the individual, as well as the item sold, with a dollar amount would be appreciated as well. My email addy is invadr1@msn.com

I'm only looking for members who used BFC to make the deals. If you made a deal with him on another forum, please do not include that in the list.

This is for investigative purposes only at this time. Once we look into this, then we will decide on appropriate action for Mr. Sigmon.

He probably owes 10 times what he closed for and that does NOT include the internet "mistakes" (art calls this all a mistake)

Personally, Art should, at least, post something to confirm that payment is in route (if using normal mail channels) or complete (if using his promised PayPal method). :confused:

While that doesn't clear him of any past indiscretions. . . .it would be a "very noble" gesture.

Considering that people aren't flocking to post that they've received a PayPal payment, it's highly unlikely that he's made good on that promise.



On the other hand. . .his lack of communicating. . . could indicate the following. . . .

So, it's now Thursday afternoon and those owed must have recieved the money owed plus 10%.

Art will post shortly that the check had the wrong date and the new check is being cut now. Art is going to boost the interest to 100% plus add an additional $1,000 to each person he owes. After Paypal-ing the monies Art is running down to the BMW Dealership and buying each person he owes an X5 to tow the new boat he also bought for each.
