I think I am getting these broken in and I am VERY happy with both. The 566 really seems like a perfect EDC folder. It opens VERY fast, the blade is really sharp and it's a bit more heavy duty than my Spyderco PM2. I am going to keep the 561 for my day trips in the woods. The DC area has a lot of people and I don't want to carry any of my fixed blade GSOs so the 561 makes a great substitute. I think my 566 will split EDC duty with my Fallkniven GP.
 
Zero Tolerance Hinderer, it's a 0560 but with brown, "dark earth" G10 scale.



 
Me too until I got it in my hand. I wish the titanium side and the clip were black or darker color. You can get new scales for it in a lot of different colors. One of the post above this one a page or two back has this folder with a burlap micarta handle. It's really nice looking.
 
Had a CRK small sebenza in my hands last week. The knife is damn perfect, the big one also but the built quality was not so top notch. The blade shoulder was crooked and the sharpening on one side sucked. I hope I find one with a perfect fit. Pretty dissapointing for my first CRK experience.
 
I picked up a boker solo in cpm-3v on the cheap till guy makes one available. I'm loving not having to sharpen my blade every week. Been 3 weeks and I just used a strop cause it came in the mail and wanted to play with it.

The PM2 seems to be a very popular folder among Survivors! I think we all appreciate cutting performance and a quality build.
 
Yeah I have the black coated pm2 . Cutting performance is top notch . Just that pointy tip is a liability . May or may not snap off under above and beyond circumstances. But that's what fixed blades are for. So I still carry the pm2.

PM2 in my book is top notch. I only have one know but carried a blk blk for work for about a year. My work knives get used hard and it never failed.
 
Yeah I have had two also . Neither of them ever failed me. Sold the satin pm2 to buy a new black coated. They hold a end well also.
 
I'm not sure how you guys feel about DPX but I like the hest/f folders as well. They are pretty sturdy in my opinion.
 
I had a Hest and it was ok. I sold it and bought the Heat Ti in Elmax. Way cooler blade.
