Bails and Chains

Really a fine chain, Charlie! Very smooth and works well on jeans. Two days of wearing mine and hardly notice it till you need it. Can’t wait to maybe get my hands on one of your beauties as well!:)

I will just add that after carrying my new #15 chain half of the day, it works very well in the watch or regular pocket of my jeans and never was in the way. Easy access too with plenty of length for me. I had it attached the whole time I was working the back spring in. Also did some mail opening (wife had some larger cardboard boxes to open) and never had an issue at all. Some real nostalgic fun!! I’m getting two or three more of these, hopefully! With your jeans, how were you using the button loop? We seriously need you to model them for us.
 
Ok, I will get a "crotch shot":eek: tomorrow for everybody. I simply put the loop around the main button of my jeans, then fasten my jeans. The knife slips easily into my watch or regular jean pocket. LOL, I will also add that while visiting the throne, as some call it, absolutely NO problem with the metal loop falling off the button, not once! I guess what I'm saying is, Pants down? No problem!:oops: I know what you're thinking,,,,YES, I'm very regular!:D:D:D
 
Great edc knives, unmatched at the price IMO. I thought the clip was shaped in that manner so you could pass the knife / bail through it and thereby fasten it to anything, a belt loop perhaps. Even my wife thought it was cool, leave it out while working in the garden and it can't get away.

Ha Ha, I'm ready and willing, my friend!:) I think I even have some overalls around here somewhere! Course Barry's a mighty fine model too, with that vest he has!
 
Any buzz on the Maher & Grosh two-bladed versions? I've never bought one of their branded GECs before but decided to try the cocobolo with bail and chain since they're available now. That'll make five 15s from this run.

I’m surprised they haven’t been mentioned here more. These are the only ones from this run that interested me, primarily because they are 2 blades and that elusive long pull spear is just irresistible! I chose both!

Looks like they aren’t flying off the shelf all that fast. They are going for a premium, but I think it’s worth it.

Normally I would've balked at the price but since even the basic bail & chain 15s are priced at a premium it really wasn't that much more what with a second blade and all. I will have to sell a few of the five I've amassed once I suss out the keepers in the bunch.
