Bails and Chains

Hey, it's a beauty, willc!! I use mine almost daily now. The only thing missing is that elusive single clip blade version of Charlie's. Now it looks like I'm getting one of those too!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Here we go! The hafting that Bill Howard is able to achieve at GEC is second to none! In case some of you guys don't know, the OVC on the Pen blade tang stamp, stands for Ohio Valley Cutlery.
AHHHHHH,,,,Love this jiggin!

Very pleased with my cocobolo as well. So much so that some of my other 15s are likely headed to the For Sale forum. I'm usually a single blade guy when it comes to traditionals but the two blade configuration just feels right on this pattern.

I got a pick bone M & G today and it is a very nicely crafted folder! I agree Perry that the level of hafting is the best I have seen in a GEC in awhile. Just wonderful fit and finish, outstanding jigging and good W & T right out of the box!! My thanks and congratulations to Ken and Roger and GEC :thumbsup:

Yes Mug and Lloyd, couldn't be happier with these! Just gave mine the typical gun scrubber spray and oil bath, she is now more like my knife. Although I will say that these last two or three #15 pattern knives I have gotten from GEC have had the best snap, out of the box, of any in a long while! Also fit and finish is extremely good.

Quick question for you with the M&G.
Can you thread the 2 blade 15 through the button loop like the single blade 15’s?

No you cannot, it's too wide -- at least for the cocobolo, I have no experience with the pick bone.

I think we'll start seeing some pictures of the clip point SFO bail and chain knives today.

I'm excited. :D

Good question, I don't know, but I know someone who does and he may be here shortly.:D

Chains are in!
