I need one of those head in hand pictures. I'm too lazy to look one up though. You've been here since 2004. I assumed you had figured out the layout of the forum by now. Forgive my assumptions. Let's try this.

I was really hoping Mike had put the bad behind him, but from all the evidence I have read through, I can't side with any of his excuses.

I think a few other places that have been "taken in" by him these last few years might want to rethink that choice. I'm really disappointed...:thumbdn:

boy i just started to like barkies then this happens,on another forum i read mike downing the cold steel owner an the way he does business,oh boy i guess one should look in the mirror,i think ill stick to my customs an my busses,aloha

i just read the other thread, and it is just disgusting.....

i will never buy anything from bark river......all the fanboy-ism in the other thread is truly disgusting and would be hilarious, except for the fact that snarl is out $16K......

i love how everybody chimes in to state that mike stewart is such a great guy and for snarl to stop whining....someone went as far as to say for snarl to just get over it, as $16K wasn't that much money anyways.....

all i see from mike stewart are excuses.....he never once gives a direct answer and tip toes around the matter at hand.....


he tries to justify is actions by repeatedly claiming that snarl would not be able to sell the knives and that snarls is not a good dealer.....

why in the world does that even matter, as snarl has already paid for the knives.....it is none of mike stewart's business how many blades snarls would be able to sell......snarls could take all those knives and dump them in a lake, and it would be none of mike stewart's business as the knives have already been paid for!!!

am i missing something????


mike stewart, his little cronie sharpshooter and all the BRKT fanboys can eat crap and die for all i care......but only after snarls gets his money back......
 
Apparently, it will have Bark River's (Mike Stewart) name on it, and he didn't want it to get into the "wrong" hands because it'd make him look bad; still that's no reason to do what he did, after all he did sign the contract.

Until this case is solved, all my Bark River purchases will be on standby.
 
this sucks because i like some of his knives there awsome but i got morals an it sounds like mike is in the wrong ,jus like how i stopped buying cold steel,on the other forum they were bashing this guy that lost 16 gz ,jus like 16gz is pocket change,an you get it back under my terms,not cool,if it was me i'd be knocking on someones door.

Funny, I got an invite to a get together up to Bark River next weekend. Not a chance in hell I was going, anyway, but am ashamed at others who will be there. After reading all the facts out there, a sane person can not support Mikes actions. I don't care how much koolaid you have been sipping the last couple years.
