Becker BK1 Brute pass around

Yikes. I hope that there's a legitimate reason for all of this and it wasn't the type of thing where he looked around and realized he had $1000 in other people's knives and decided "this would be a good time to disappear with all of these knives I didn't pay for."

While I'm not a Beckerhead (just haven't gotten around to applying I guess), I do see the value and potential in this community and it is a true shame for things like this to make people think twice before being generous and paying it forward to the BH community.

I'd be willing to chip into a fund to help you guys who have steel tied up in TB's hands to re-cupe some of your funds at least. If something like this is an idea that people are interested in or if it ever happens, let me know and I'd be happy to contribute. I know that must be a terrible feeling.
 
Count me in if anything like that transpires NYoutdoors. Not a lot to give right now, but be honored to help out our fellow B'heads .

From the postings here it looks like Oregon Fal'er, CrimsonFalcon07 and I might be some of the bigger losers here. I can't speak for the others involved, but I know I'm not interested in getting charity from fellow Becker enthusiasts, although I appreciate the offer.
A couple of posts yesterday make it look like the problems may resolve themselves in the future, given enough time. But thanks for the thought, anyway.
 
Naw man, you know there's a chance your stuff might not come back but you roll the dice. No charity. Buy you are good dudes.

dude needs to get to a cafe, library, best buy, or some store with kiosk computers and say howdy and apologize and fix things. don't need no internet to mail stuff back. post offices are everywhere. don't want to get nailed with postal fraud. hell, borrow someone's smart phone. SOMEONE has one. or use the ACTUAL phone and call the right people.

Things need to start getting back to those that they belong to, or things are not going to go well.......

No charity needed on this end either. I've got a good little project going with B.Mauser right now too that we're working on. Looking forward to seeing my steel again though.

not to gossip or talk bad about anyone but what happened.....from missing a lot of work spending time in this forum I can only get the impression that the beckerheads are among the most stand up of indiviuals

Pretty much why I hung around for as long as I have!!! I can't think of any other community, either here on the interweb or in real live some where, where there is a better group of people. I'll do as much as I can to help support a fellow Beckerhead!
