BTW, I noticed the conspicuous absence of sky diving points; after all, dropping 3000 feet from an aircraft and walking away unscathed must be worth something in the way of Becker Points?

1.6 mile walk on heavy hills, 5.3 mile bike on fat burn, and .9 mile walk on intervals. 2.6 yesterday and 3.8 this morning.. 21 ttd

EDIT: My wife brought my son up to a park by my work yesterday and we had a picnic and we flew his kite for the first time.. it was a beautiful day and an awesome time... I was just downloading my pedometer and didn't realize I got an extra 2.6 miles of running with a kite and chasing a 3 year old over a bunch of soccer fields... :)

Hell yeah it is! I log 0.2 miles of step boxes 3 days a week... those measly 0.2 miles are next to nothing, but they hurt and I am logging them, lol

Every step counts!

and it feels better than doing nothing... ahem like wednesday for me :(

I walk 8km every 2nd day with 40lbs of sand bags in a pack, how many points for that?:D Feels great when I'm done.
