2 mile walk this morning.

Got a third mile in this evening picking up the car.
24 BPs so far.

6.06 mile walk on the pedometer yesterday, it is funny, but walking cross country feels better on the legs and joints than treadmill walks. 29.2 ttd


Pedometer says I got another 2 miles in last night and I did my regular .2 miles of step boxes this morning.. 23.2 ttd
Enjoying the night walks, the weather is fantastic..

3.1 mile run. 27.7 BP for month.

I hate treadmills because you're doing the same stride over and over. Stresses the same structures the same way over and over.

I hate treadmills because there's no scenery or weather. Plus that awful repetitive sound. But a couple times a year, when the weather is just too bad, I'll use one.

Yeah, after walking off-pavement almost all of Saturday, I have to agree. My legs were sore and my plantar fasciitis that has nearly gone away after almost 2 years flared up the next day... I need to get more off road miles in..

12 miles bike riding, and 4 miles walking since last report...

TTD: 23.5 BP's

Only managed a half mile walk this morning due to high winds, and temp drop from 71 degrees yesterday to a current balmy weather of 32 degrees earlier this morning...
