Becker "Move Your Butt" Challenge - February 2014

Had to drop out last Move Your Butt because I busted up my knee in rugby but I'm looking to finish this one strong.

Ran 2 miles for a total of 2 Becker Points

Total= 2 Becker Points

Ran 2.5 beach miles today

Total=4.5 Becker Points
 
2/7 - walked 1 mile
2/8 - rode 1 mile on an exercyle and huffed along for 2.75 miles on an eliptical

Current total BPs: 8.38
 
Neat thread....too bad I was gone for training the first week of this month. Are we going to keep this up for March? I want to get in if we do.

I decided that 40 points is a nice, reasonably attainable but still challenging goal for me. I was gonna keep it to myself this month, but I miss the motivation, updates, and simple tracking of this thread. So thanks for running it again.

2/6 walked 2 mi
2/7 walked 1.5 mi

2/9 walked 3 mi

Total BP to date = 11.5.
