I read that about the clove oil. Didn't have any. Throbbing got so bad a couple of nights ago that I was swishing with tumeric because I saw it on some webMD site. Odd, but it did seem to help. Mine were healthy teeth, but the back sides were grinding down flat because of the angles. Dentist said trouble was coming if I left 'em in.

I didn't get to drive myself though. They gave me loopy pills and then gassed the hell out of me. I do remember some grinding sounds and something that sounded like breaking/popping. I was pretty out of it though. I check afterward, and my shirt was still tucked and my underwear seemed clean.

They must have put on fresh ones then, because I know you didn't wear clean drawers to the dentist.:D

Damn, I think you're right. The whole thing is kind of fuzzy.

I hope this doesn't affect my Beckerhead membership. :o

Naw, you're good. Now, if you were buying ESEE knives, well, then you would have really been raped!

The boy and I enjoyed a good hike yesterday. We had some hot chocolate by the lake...

And we saw bruiser and his cousins.
There were actually four bucks on this ridge:
two young whippersnappers play fighting, a six-point, and this fella....

there have been claims that tumeric may have a huge roll fighting cancer, India has a very slim cancer rate, and they eat tumeric like its going outta style..

just a dash will do ya, here and there, everywhere:thumbup:

Any news on new 2011 Becker knives release.

anticipating another snow day tomorrow...well, it's 3:45 am so later today...took a trip earlier tonight (or more like last night) to the liquor store to pick up my usual maker's mark when i noticed these two bourbons:

new_bourbon.jpg

they were pretty cheap ($17 & $20 compared to maker's mark's $25)...being always open for experimentation, i picked them up. i've been sipping on "old grand-dad" bourbon for about 5 or so hours now (yeah, i was reprofiling one of my knives at the same time to relax and booze helps my hand-eye coordination ) and i must say, damn! i can honestly say i like it just as much, if it more, than maker's mark. knob creek goes for $30-$35 around here and it's the same as maker's mark for me taste-wise.

for $17, i was expecting it to be on the roughness level of jack daniels (sorry, moose) or worse...but man, this one is damn smooth.

on a side note, when i was in my early 20's my drink of choice was glenlivet 12 which went for around $50 a bottle...now that i'm in my early 30's (turned 32 last oct) my taste buds get more picky but for some reason they're way cheaper than when i was younger even though i make more now...go figure! that goes to show, "you get what you pay for" isn't always true...like becker knives...tremendous value for the money

anyway, i gotta get some sleep so i can wake up for my aa meeting tomorrow :p

Fixed that for ya! :D

haha. i'm sipping it right now. not bad at all although i prefer the old grand-dad. actually, i can hardly tell a difference between all three now :o i think my hot sauce eating days are starting to catch up and frying my taste buds. i just got another 5 oz of dave's ghost pepper naga jolokia hot sauce. i go through that stuff about a bottle every 4 months now. i'm already contemplating putting hot sauce on coffee and ice cream since i started running out of food that i don't put it on :D

no idea who throrgood is. i tend to listen to music that my gf once called stripper music. made me wonder how the hell does she know how it sounds like

I had no idea who throrgood was either....

Here is what I listen to.

Bleeding Through

And if I feel like I don't want to kill everything I listen to Blue October

the bad to the bone i've definitely heard it before and his song titles i like. it's a tad too close to country/southern music for my taste although the ones you posted i'll definitely listen to it. i pretty much like every music except hardcore hip-hop and country...well, except shania twain...shania...mmm, mmm such a hottie. haha.

i listen mostly from "disturbed" type rock, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09LTT0xwdfw to dance/club, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbaWdyDipcw

flexxx - bleeding through is too much for me. it makes marilyn manson sound like classical music. haha. on the other hand, blue october is exactly my type of music  this is good stuff, i should've started a thread about music earlier. figures with one thing in common, other things might be too.
