Here is a bit of advice, from someone who did his research, then bought the shoes based on weight (mine). Get a shoe a size larger than you think you need. It is gonna sink anyway, but oversized will not sink as much (I think), and will give you extra flotation for the gear you will want to carry.

A buddy of mine that does back-country trips to go ice-climbing uses MSR snowshoes, and loves them, by the way. I think mine are redfeather or something, though.

Thats why I married her, I send her out on journeys to act like she likes you, then she slips a rufilin in your drink and all your knives become mine.

hahaha the machax will be mine sooner or later, so you should just send them my way and save the heart ache and rufie hangover..

I'm damn impressed. Got the chance to pick up a Jetboil PCS on the cheap.
Just tested it out in the snow. Rolling boil in two minutes. Instant gratification, baby!

i've been chugging rufious liquidus for years now, trying to forget my first horrible experience ;) it's not working. my sweat probably is concentrated goodness. the first time your wife comes within breathing distance, she'll forget why, and wander off again. i'm safe.

you're not even offering to pay postage ;) i suspect the only way you're going to get your hands CLOSE to one of my machax blades of doom, is after you attempt to break in, and their enchanted power buries it in some part of your body, and then and only then, as you reach towards it... never quite getting there... yeah that :)

best just to buy one on evilPray for the going price of $90 smackaroos or so ;) esp the camillus (carbon V right?) ones. yeah, take those off the market! oh, and those grey sterile ones. they're worthless. maybe $60 ;) the rest? Ethan should get a few for old times sake.

blondes. oiy. i hear there's whole countries of them. scary!
