So for anyone interested Classic Firearms has M39 Sneaks in really pretty, un issued condition going up on their site TODAY. Manufactured in 69 and even 70. The last years these were produced apparently.

Seven hundred bucks though.

This has been a little restoration (more like resurrection) project...I love, love, love this rifle.
1904 Winchester 92 in 44 WCF. Pitted bore, needed a new front sight and the muzzle recrowned, and the action tightened up...but she works and it's the slickest action I've ever run

Voted and then bought a gun. Mas 36, full of grease and in excellent condition so probably hasn't been fired since being refurbished. Only cost me $400.

Im always going to call this the Freedom Shotgun:thumbup:

Freedom is Not Free

Very nice, would like to get a coach gun myself. Late Boy Scout did a first impressions of some dirt cheap import coach gun. Not something I'd want for anything serious but it looked like a lot of fun for $250.

Yea, I wish there were an American company that made em at an affordable price, but the Stoegers can be had for a good price on the used market. I have a bunch of gun adapter inserts for multi calibers which make it versatile if you want to throw it in a pack

Just put some E2 grips on my Sig P220 and I like 'em. I bought this gun just for the sake of having a Sig so it doesn't get shot much and I've never done all that well with it but the E2's and a tweak to my grip seem to make the gun shoot decent for me. 150 rounds at about 15 yards.

Mas 36 - tell me more

Nothing to tell. I don't have any ammo for it yet. Bore and action are full of packing grease so I'm guessing it was refurbished and stuck in storage before being surplused. Dude probably bought it in the mummy wrap and never shot it and one way or another it ended up at the gun store where I found it. In any case it's in awesome cosmetic shape and I got a nice deal on it.

Pulled the Mas 36 out of the safe and got to looking it over. It's a K prefix, 80xxx so it's mid to late 1940's manufacture I think. I don't know much about these, had to google it. Interestingly I don't see an import marking. The bolt matches but if the two-digit number is supposed to correspond the the serial number then it's not original to the rifle but it looks like it was refinished with the gun.

So I'm just out for a walk minding my own business and I stopped to take a wizz. Suddenly, BAM, a #CrazedRapist appears! Luckily I was carrying my AR15 disguised as a bong and I was able to defend myself. #KeepYourHandsOffMyJohnson

Lol. Actually I was trying out the Smith & Wesson M&P Sport II at 50 yards from different positions using my pickup as a barricade. Obviously I need to do stuff like this more often but it was fun.

And since most of ya'll probably won't get the (very obscure) reference... Heads up, there is some foul language.
