Thanks for posting up, y'all. TBL, is that your final max then? Since nobody is meeting the full-on Spartan standard (myself included), I'll be taking a look at the starting points to declare a winner, although I suspect you all know who's been most consistent already.

I've tried twice since then to best it but have been unsuccessful. I have gotten to 79 but I can't complete my 80th. I will get there tho!

If you don't mind I'll keep recording here until the next thread is up!

Starting the year with:
MYB: 3
BSP: 2.5

MYB: +2.5 = 5.5
BSP: +4 = 6.5 - Leg day! all jello now!

Okay, so this challenge's winners, for consistency, are TBL and Qeth. Cap and GSOM did a great job as well, and had some excellent accomplishments. Keep up the good work!

After consultation, the prizes that I'll be making are a wharnecliffe tweener, and a tanto tweener, both made from 1/8" 154CM, to be heat treated by the good folks at Peters. I'll post up WIP pics here. Thanks for participating!

Congrats to you both. Too bad there are only about 5-6 'Heads participating. I gotta say, I'm impressed with your consistency, TBL & Qeth. I can never seem to keep with stuff. Maybe next time around. Thanks again CF for providing a platform for us. At least for me, it gave me somewhere to start (tho I didn't finish) and provided a little motivation to give it a go. Gonna keep trying.....

I found getting down a routine helped me with staying consistent. I'm also going to keep going until I can do it! I've been doing good on my diet now for the past few days, hopefully if I can shed a little more weight, I'll be able to get a few more pushups out!

I suspect you all may be able to hit your goals within the next couple months. Do you want me to post round 2 separately, or shall we just keep it going here? Official start to this one will be the 5th, so this can end on my birthday. Or maybe I'll run it through 3 months and see if we can hit 300 in 3 months instead of 2?

Due to scheduling, I won't have the opportunity to compete in BJJ this 30th. Silver lining: I no longer have to drop the last 5 lbs. I can go back to powerlifting big boy numbers and not worry that my thunder thighs struggle to fit into my regular cut jeans.

5.35 BSP to date.

Bench press and deadlifts:

70 light = 0.35 BSP
25 medium = 0.25 BSP
15 heavy = 0.3 BSP

0.9 BSP for the day.

Cap, I can't wait to see how many pushups you manage to do by the end of this whole thing.

400 light reps for 2 BSP.

bsp: 15 - decided to take a break today and spent my workout time stretching. hamstrings really tight.

myb: +2.5 = 19
bsp: +3 = 18 - felt some energy today! pushup day, squeezed out a few more reps then usual during my workout!

Didn't have time to do my circuits yesterday, it's getting busy at work.

130 light reps during the calisthenic warmup pre jits.

0.65 BSP for yesterday.
