With that I have more bps then the last challenge! looks like my fitness is improving a bit as we still have a week and a half to go! also:

Got to my target weight of 200lbs. I hope to keep dropping, but I feel good. I also installed a chin-up bar in the basement. I want to be able to do a few in a row. Currently my hands give out after about 6 :( progress must be made!.

*edit* I just looked at my picture.... uh sorry for the grossness lol the remnant of me getting sick... skin is still peeling / falling off it sucks... and stings a bit. Looks like I'll need to go for a pedicure before my vacation at the end of the month lol.

Thanks Qeth! I've been playing with my diet recently. There seems to be a fine line with my food intake. If I don't eat enough, I don't have any energy, but I lose weight. If I eat enough (maybe a little more then I should), I got a ton of energy, but I keep my weight constant or fluctuating. I need to find that sweet spot, where I have energy and maybe keep losing a little at a time!

Well, arms/shoulders still don't feel good enough for push-ups. Haven't done much else until today (though I did walk 4 miles at the airport last Wednesday). This morning was ~ 1 hr. of shovelling 4"of wet snow - core workout, but I was out there in a t-shirt sweating my ass off (yesterday morning it was -5°f, today ~45°...). Whatever. Swam 200m today.

1600m swim this morning, followed this afternoon by about 80 arrows.

Woot! 2 days in a row! 2000m in the pool this am - then spent the afternoon hanging with Jim Bensinger at the Manchester gun & knife show. He makes some really nice handling blades. Plus, lots of funny stories.

Started off my workout today with a max test :D Goal #2 complete!

Again... turn down sound..last few are grunted pretty good.

After - finished up my workout with some abs and dips. Have yet to start my chin-ups, maybe later today!
 
I'm not playing along, but I'm tired of seeing TBL's toes on a scale as the preview pic every time I open up the Becker subforum in tapatalk. So here's a different picture that will hopefully replace TBL's.
 
Bahahaha yeah... hand foot and mouth virus... not fun :(

On the plus side... I did get a pedicure :D

Forgot to mention, my daughter did her first BJJ tournament on Saturday. Lost her first match, but won her second. She handled both loss and win very well, I'm a very proud papa :D

BJJ, rounded down to 1 hour. It's been too hard to count a "rep" lately for BSP, as some movements are isometric, or are carrying someone/ something from point a to point b, etc. For example: a row of folks in a plank, and someone army crawls over them as they hold said plank. Not exactly sure how to score that.

haha nice, my husband also uses me as weight for squats. Watched your video. Kicking butt dude!

Had several workouts since I posted in here last. Glad you all are keeping up the good work!

I've been slackin on posting myself. Fortunatley I track my stuff with my phone!

54MYB +3+2+2+3+1+2 Since I last posted so total 67MYB. Been kinda sluggish except for when I workout. I hate winter. Today the weather was real nice and I realized how much I missed the sunshine. My friend and I skipped strength training just to walk around outside. It was soooo nice. I'll do my other stuff tomorrow.

Thanks Cap! I've been trying to stick with it and go as hard as I can without getting burnt out. Took yesterday as a rest day and woke up with some energy this morning! This may be my last entry this month, leaving tomorrow for a bit of a vacation :) when I get there I'll need to plot out a route for some running :thumbup: hopefully I don't get too lazy :D
